Les comptoirs en pierre élégants, une superbe chambre des maîtres au style caribéen, des sols en céramique élégants et une vie spectaculaire face à l'océan donnent à cette unité la sensation d'une île luxueuse. Ce condo a été récemment rénové avec une cuisine agrandie pour une commodité spacieuse et a privé dans l'unité wifi avec Internet haute vitesse!

Profitez de toutes les mises à niveau qui incluent une téléviseur à écran plat de 55 pouces avec HBO dans le salon, de nouveaux armoires d'érable Kraft-Maid dans la cuisine et les salles de bains, de nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable et une machine à laver et sécheuse pleine grandeur!

La chambre des maîtres tropicale est meublée avec un grand lit king size et une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces. La plus grande chambre d'hôtes comprend également une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces avec un lit queen et un lit double. La petite chambre d'hôte pittoresque dispose d'un lit double privé.

Great ocean-front property!

The description was accurate. We had a very nice stay. The location of our condo was on the opposite side of the courtyard and pool which made it feel even more secluded w a great view! Thanks for everything!

A month stay in St. Augustine

Great location with an amazing view of the ocean. Kitchen is fully equipped and updated. Master bed is comfortable. Bathrooms need updates. Good value

The location of property was its best feature. Close to everything. Also great beach front property. Pool was nice. The unit was old. It needs a complete remodel. Cleaning is surface cleaning. No deep cleaning or dusting is done.

Not as clean as our last stays. Understand prices have increased but this unit for the price really wasn't worth it, just my opinion

Nice balcony with great views.

For being ocean front, this place was a great value for when looking for a place for your family. Just an FYI, all the mattresses are solid blocks of memory foam. That takes some getting use to. The TV in the living room is way outdated and blurry. The cable is lifeline cable with very little to watch at night. The internet is good though, so bring your own Firestick or Roku stick as I did see it had an open HDMI port. There are grocery stores close by to get some supplies, like coffee, ice and paper towels and better toilet paper. If going to downtown St. Augustine, consider an Uber. It is worth it as parking is limited and not free.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year as a family vacation in the colony reef. Very pleased as always. Only problem is I tried to register for next summer with our friend in 1203 and there was a problem. We were told at the front office that the rental for a week next summer will be $5000. That is too much as I am a retired educator and this is out of my budget requirements. Please let me know if this is the correct price or I will not be able to continue our family summer vacation next year.

Larry, I am glad you enjoyed your current stay in 1201. While 1203 is set at a higher rate for 2023, it is in a prime location and is therefore at a higher price due to demand. Nasty Disaster

Late checking, mater lights didn't work, shower light flickers and worked every now and then, master ceiling fan sounded like a train, box fans for other bedrooms, no living room fan or lights other than lamps. Washing machine sounded like it was on the brink of death, sewage smell from master bath sink each time used, dishwas smelled like it was ready to burn the place down, in fact maintenance was there 3 different times. Had to pay cleaner to come clean after checking. 70s style throughout and way over priced. Highly recommend the complex but this unit costed more than $3,500 for the week and a $68 motel 6 would have been better. Saw other updated units and they were phenomenal. VRBO and owners really stuck it to us hard. Should be ashamed and we didn't have a master bedroom light until the last day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not acurately reflect the condition of the unit. It's straight out the 80's. In fact the furniture in the TV room/breakfast area is completely different. The place is very dated and is in need of a deep clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms need renovating. Kitchen is up to date and well stocked, although most dishes needed a prewash before use. Door access is old school lock and key. Slat blinds are breaking in LR and Master. Closet door in master broken. Fan in master noisey--thank God for the box fan in the closet. Bathroom fans are disgusting and noisy. Overall it's livable for a few days, just not what we expected based off of the pictures. Even had to tell management that the elevator inspection had expired a month ago. Best part was being able to drive onto the beach. It's a loooonng boardwalk from the condo to the beach.

It was nice to sit on the large balcony and hear the waves crash. The pool and hot tub were always clean. We were able to play ping pong and racquet ball as we had a tropical storm. Would definitely come back again. It would have been nice to have some beach towels and some basic toiletries. The area was close to restaurants and historic St Augustine.

Family stay at Colony Reef Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely property in a beautiful location. The condos are a bit tired and need a deep cleaning. It seems the maintenance staff is overwhelmed and could use a few more staff members. All in all it's a wonderful place for a family vacation but could use an update in the condos. Our family rented 7 units and we shared this opinion. How about a crockpot and some decent knives? Nice folks in the office. Owners, stay in your own condos as a guest please.
