Récemment rénové! Magnifique condo avec vue sur la mer au Colony Reef Club 2205

Cette unité est votre maison loin de chez vous. Unique en son genre avec sa vue immaculée sur la piscine et la plage! Ce condo récemment rénové au 2e étage avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé dans le bâtiment nord, connu sous le nom de "côté ensoleillé"! Il y a un très grand lit dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la chambre d'invité et trois lits superposés dans la 3ème chambre, plus petite, appelée «nid du corbeau». La salle de bain principale a une belle douche récemment rénovée, et la salle de bain est équipée d’une baignoire. Cet appareil est entièrement équipé avec Internet sans fil!

Il a été modernisé dans l'ensemble avec de nouveaux planchers, salles de bains et comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisinière à dessus plat et tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour de longue durée. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. Toutes les chambres ont été rénovées avec de nouveaux matelas et une literie côtière. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Pourquoi ne pas griller? Le grill électrique se trouve juste à l'extérieur sur votre balcon qui donne sur la cour, la piscine et une vue sur la plage. Envie de sortir? Pas besoin de conduire; Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité avec de la musique live et une excellente cuisine à offrir à toute la famille! Que vous soyez ici pour un séjour de 3 nuits ou une semaine, cet appareil vous conviendra parfaitement.

Vous êtes à quelques pas de la magnifique piscine en bord de mer et à quelques minutes de la rue historique Augustin. Les boutiques, les restaurants et les activités ne manquent pas.

Great beach/pool view condo

This was a very nice unit with a very generous sized patio with a great beach view and directly overlooking the pool. Has a nice sized living room and kitchen with great walk in pantry with a full sized washer and dryer. The beds were all comfortable and the place is pretty well appointed and updated. Very cute place. Would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The view from the room was great,! accommodations were clean & tidy, however, the noise from the pool & area after 10 pm was pretty loud. we had family staying at another condo complex and found the parking pass situation limiting. The unit it self was well furnished and we had easy access to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entire process to reserve condo and make payments was a breeze. Able to check in early and very satisfied. One issue was the closure of the pool area. I realize the pool was being drained for maintenance but would have appreciated the ability to sit at the deck chairs and use the hot tub. Contacted phone number on paperwork and left message but no one returned my call either Monday or Tuesday. The temperatures were beautiful thanksgiving weekend and would have like to enjoy the pool area with chairs. Will visit again. Great location and space for family gathering

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched. On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.

Very Nice!

It is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Everything feels, light, bright, and clean. We loved the location and the proximity to the pool and beach. The elevators made the second floor with toddlers not bad at all & the views of the ocean were definitely worth it! We will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect getaway

Perfect family getaway. Close to everything without being in the craziness of the tourist traps. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Kids loved the indoor pool. The only thing that was inconvenient is there were no paper towels or Dishsoap and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags, which is a little tough with seven people. We would stay here again but would definitely buy necessities before we got there as it was inconvenient to have to go buy that stuff when we wanted to relax. Overall top notch though, and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals. This was a really great one.

The apartment was not really clean

The apartment was not really clean, especially the coffee maker and the kitchen utensils. The doormats are very worn out, makes for a bad impression. In general the maintenance of the apartment was poor. In short, bad impression would not return to that specific apartment and lost faith in VRBO

We wanted to stay longer but our lives demanded us to leave paradise. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated,and it had the perfect view for breakfast and dinner from the balcony. The property was clean, beautifully landscaped, quiet and guests were very respectful to each other. It was the perfect location for all our chosen activities. The tennis courts were a bonus for my two tennis playing teens. We fell in love with the property and cannot wait to return in the future. I cannot brag enough on the exceptional customer service!! The ladies were so helpful, polite, and professional. We would not have been able to stay if it had not been for the quick and efficient assistance from the ladies in the office. We love the property, staff and the condo!!
