House Rules = Happy Stays:
By confirming your booking, you're agreeing to follow our house guidelines. They're pretty straightforward, but just a heads-up, violations may result in extra charges.

Starter Supplies Provided:
We’ve stocked the essentials, fresh linens, clean towels, and basic toiletries to get you started. Need anything beyond that? No problem! Local shops and convenience stores are just a short walk away.

What You See Is (Almost Exactly) What You Get:
All units follow a similar layout and design, though a few details, like furniture or views, may vary slightly. Rest assured, every space is thoughtfully maintained for comfort and style.

»Pets are allowed however pet fees apply:
1-5 nights: $25/night
6-14 nights: $150
15-29 nights: $200
30 nights+: $300

Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed.
No parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests.
Strict no smoking or drug use policy.
Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors, on balconies, and patios.
$500 fine if smoking is detected.
Tampering with or removing smoke detectors = $500 fine

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome!
1 - 5 nights = $25 per pet, per night
6-14 nights = $150 fixed rate
15-29 nights= $200 fixed rate
30+nights = $300 fixed rate
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for damages or excessive mess.
Unauthorized pet = $400 fine per pet

Parking Policy
Max 2 vehicles per household
No back-in parking allowed.
Handicapped spaces require clearly displayed placards — violators risk towing.
Do not park in fire lanes or reserved spaces — subject to immediate towing.
You may park in any available space except the following slots, which are reserved for our long-term tenants:
10, 6, 37, 36, 27, 31, 28, and 29 — Parking here is strictly prohibited.
Always park within the lines and do not block other vehicles.
Unauthorized parking = $100 fine

Lost & Found
Items held for 72 hours
A handling + shipping fee applies for retrieval
Unclaimed items may be discarded after the holding period

Parcel Delivery Policy
Do not use our address for deliveries
We do not accept or deliver packages for guests
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected parcels

No Party Policy
No parties allowed
Security cameras and noise monitors are in use
Parties = police involvement, eviction, and no refund
Party Fine: $500

Guest & Fee Policies
Unauthorized guest = $100 per guest
Unauthorized late checkout = $150 per hour
Unauthorized pet = $400 per pet
