I've put a lot of effort into making this listing into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home.
1) Please ensure to provide a photo ID matching the name on your Airbnb profile, and kindly note that we cannot accommodate bookings made on behalf of third parties.
2) We value fun and welcome small gatherings, but we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum and events conclude at reasonable hours.
3) Please take care of the furnishings. You'll have to pay for damages.
4) No smoking or vaping inside home or patio, if any evidence is found, such as smell, up to $500 cleaning fee will be charge.
5) No loud noise, music or usage of the pool before 8am or after 10pm. It's a fine for trying to access or staying in the hot spa/pool outside of hours.
6) No glass at pool. Not even glass/ceramic plates when taking meat to grills. Don't forget to turn off propane when done. Any HOA violations received will be charged.
7) No drinking inside the pool. Drinks must be in plastic cups or cans and remain 4 feet away from water, same applies with food. It's a Scottsdale Health Code.
8) If you have a pet, they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Any additional cleaning will be charged, up to $250 cleaning fee.
9) Do not disconnect, shut off or cover doorbell camera. It is installed for the safety of our guests and neighbors. If doorbell camera is seen to be shut off during stay, guest will be notified and must have it back online immediately. If it happens twice during stay, a fine will be applied. Up to $200 fine will be applied.
10) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
11) Please take the trash out before you leave.
12) Please put used towels in the same spot, either a bathroom or if there's a laundry room/ area inside the unit.
13) Please turn off tv, air conditioner and lights.
