The condo had every single kitchen amenity you could ask for- especially for preparing a Christmas dinner. Very clean, lots of extra bedding, towels and a starter paper goods was appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clear bonuses for us and it was like having a private spa as there was only one other guest out the entire time we were there. Very responsive in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Let me start with the statement “I am a clean/neat freak.” When I read information that shoes were not allowed on the carpet, no eating outside the kitchen/dining area, etc, I assumed the level of clean would be pretty high. It was 50/50. The toilets were not freshly cleaned - dark rings in both, a huge stain entering one of the bedrooms, the oven door was grease streaked, there was coffee grounds in the Keurig… BUT on the other hand it was bug-free, the bed (we only used one) was comfortable, the layout was very good (especially if more than one couple were there), the neighbors were friendly, parking was close, the location was good. We followed the air conditioner instructions but we would have preferred it to be colder. Would I stay there again? Yes but I’d bring some cleaning supplies and my own pillow. It’s a little “worn” and mismatched but for the price it is acceptable.
