This was a great stay near Papago Park and only 10 minutes to airport. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had a garage. Evan is a wonderful host!!

Family wedding

Had a great stay! In town for a wedding and stayed here with kids, parents, and a grandma. Lovely, comfortable place. And it was great to be so close to the botanical gardens.

We had my best friend’s son wedding at the Botanical Gardens in phoenix. This place had a great location close to airport and venue. Would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent stay where the house was located. It was quiet and convenient location to do stuff we needed to do. We had a nice family cookout. Everything worked. The house was cold as the temperature outside was hot 104, so much appreciated. Parking space was perfect. Didn't use the garage but was available. There was a washer and dryer - perfect to wash kids uniforms after each day. Plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and cozy.

Wonderful location

Easy to communicate with host. Incredible location! Bird watching right from the property. Several excellent walks. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient for baby.

Nice neighborhood and comfortable

The location was great for our purposes, the pool was nice and they had floaties to use. Evan the property manager was nice to work with but it’s more like 2.5 bedrooms. The 3 bed is a pull out in a loft. We ended up doubling up in the upstairs bedroom. We really appreciate having the kitchen.

A few days in Phoenix

We stayed for a couple nights at the end of a week-long trip in AZ. The Papago Pad was cozy and comfortable for 4 of us (my husband and I and 2 adult kids). It is in a quiet, safe and convenient location, near Papago Park, the Hall of Flame Museum, restaurants, and the airport.

Great place and location

The condo is accurately represented by its photos. Great area for someone who likes to hike, walk, and bike as the condo is close to Papago Park and Tempe Lake. The addition of the community pool area is also a plus. The host's communication was very professional, always clear and prompt. We enjoyed our stay.

This was perfect place for mom & I on business trip. Grocery, restaurants all close drive/or uber. House was is just as listed. Would be great for couples as upstairs has separate living area,bath & bedroom. Spacious backyard. Communication quick, easy. We would definitely stay ago.

Tempe Stay Top Spot

This gem deserves a 10! Convenient location, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, wonderful accommodations and excellent communication from the host. Having a garage during our August visit was icing on the cake. A wonderful spot for families to stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great time in Tempe

We found the house to be very nice & suited our needs. The property was close to many places- which made it seem easy to get around Phoenix & beyond. We enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen (pans, utensils, etc.) and the nice backyard. Evan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return!

Papago Pad... Papago Great!

Literally at the foot of Papago Park, the sunsets were amazing. The place was incredibly clean, well furnished and thoughtfully decorated. Enough room to work, but cozy enough to ensure you felt at home. The BBQ and backyard lights and table were definitely used to cook our ASU freshman a meal to give a break from the Dining Hall. VERY accessible location for almost anything and everything in the Valley. Definitely on a repeat stay list.

The house was exactly like the listing showed and perfect for our 3 night stay. It was close to restaurants and the Desert Botanical Garden, and we would stay there again. Also, the Prooerty Manager's communication was great.

My stay

The listening is just as pictured, everything was clean as well. We were also able to get in early by talking to the host, the host was amazing within communication. The location was bout 15 minutes or less from almost everything there. I’d definitely stay again ☻

Great home in Tempe area

We enjoyed staying here and having quick access to the trails at Papago Park (right across the street), and very close to the zoo and botanical garden. It was a quick drive over the bridge to hockey and concert at ASU. The home was clean and comfortable. Evan (host) was very prompt to answer questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location, Great Communication

This property is in a quiet location near ASU, the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo. Old Town Scottsdale is close by as well. The property is exactly as described. Communications with the host, Evan, were flawless. Would definitely stay her again. Thank you!

Picture perfect.

Rented this property for a guys getaway to the sun. Found the house well outfitted, clean, comfortable and just like the photos. Convenient to old town, Papago Park, the zoo and more. Great, quiet neighborhood. Manager was highly responsive before and during our stay. It was a little cold for the pool unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property! - Here's what you can't see in the listing.

It is exactly like the photos. What you can't see from the photos is the layout of the house, and the comfort of all the furniture. The layout is big enough for everyone to be together and also get their own space for personal time. All the beds were really comfortable, same for the couch, dinning chairs and outdoor furniture. I've been in properties where the furniture looks great but the floor is more comfortable. This is not the case with this property. The pool is a short walk from the front door, and not so close that you hear the noise from it. We'd absolutely book this property again.

Quiet, comfortable, and home-like

We found the online description/pictures of this property to be accurate. The location in north Tempe, near Papago Park, was perfect for our needs -- you will want a car to be able to get to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The place was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. The owner has added some nice decorative touches so it feels home-like. There is a garage available in which you can park. The wi-fi was solid and sufficient for streaming to the 50 inch smart TV in the living room. There is a back porch table and chairs and a grill. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs, the 2nd upstairs by the master bedroom. We found the mattress in the master a bit too soft for our liking. There is also a comfortable sitting area upstairs. All-in-all, a good solid 5 stars for this unit.

Excellent stay, will do it again

We loved our weeklong stay with family! The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the common areas for everyone to relax, and multiple desks made it easy to get work done when needed. The bedrooms were spacious with great closet space, and the restrooms were spotless. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms—it made the stay even more convenient. The backyard was quiet and enjoyable, perfect for unwinding. The location was also ideal, just a short distance from ASU. The spacious garage parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!

A desert oasis!

What a fantastic property and fantastic neighborhood! The location was great as it was walking distance into Papago Park where we hiked daily and toured the zoo. The pool is a short walk from the townhome which was no issue. The house has a great layout and a perfect bavkyard. Evan was extremely responsive in messaging and accomodating a late check in. We'd love to return!
