Family Vacation

Great location right near the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Condo could use some upgrades but overall we were comfortable.

Good location

Ground floor perfect. Condo desperately needs updating. Sliding door very difficult to open, bathroom door doesn’t lock, & patio furniture is so rusted & broken that we didn’t want to sit out there. Vertical blinds are broken & awful. There are no smart TVs. Next door to public parking - bring your stuff inside. We had shoes & chairs stolen. Ridiculous that guests have to check in off site AND return keys to management company when checked out. Coded locks would solve this issue. Condo has so much potential but needs lots of TLC.

It was OK

Poor communication leading up to vacation. Never received any information about the condo or check in so I sent an message and got a reply a few days later. Check in is across town. Condo wasn’t ready when we got there. Ended up being almost 7pm before we got in. Condo was cleaned well. DEFINITELY needs some updating. One toilet would not flush without taking the lid off and manually flushing. Other toilet sounded like a rocket ship when you flushed it. Kitchen faucet leaks. Just seemed old inside. The counters are not granite as it said in the description. Way too much furniture for such a small area. One sliding glass door was horrendous to open and close. At one point we could not close it and the AC kept running nonstop. We called maintenance multiple times with no resolution. Finally a few of our guys were able to get the door closed and we just never used it after that. While the location is great, the back two rooms are right next to the elevator/stairwell and it was VERY noisy. The only thing nice about the complex is the pools and location. The last day we were there a tropical storm came through but cleared out by noon. They refused to open the pools for the entire day and gave a different excuse every time someone called. All the complexes next to us were open and swimming. The property manager Donna is extremely rude. Tennis courts were trashed, fences all bent up, obviously from a storm but looks like it’s been that way for awhile. We came for baseball and the team will be looking for a new place to stay next year.

Location was great!!!!

Clean condo!!!! Perfect for our crew. 5,6,7 year old kids. Near the pool and on the beach. Very clean. The door/key was hard to use. My husband had to lock it and open it each time. I’m pretty strong but I couldn’t ever get it to work. Other than that, we loved the location of the condo. Pools on the Propery were clean. Clean condo. Comfy beds. I would recommend staying here. Close to many great restaurants and close to grocery stores. Thank you for allowing us to use this great place!!

Great weekend trip

Overall our mini vacation was great! The condo was a great location, very close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The beach was clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved being on the ground level and the corner close to the beach walkway. It was perfect! The management was helpful, we had to call a couple of times, regarding WiFi and a bathtub issue and the problems were fixed immediately. The condo had everything we needed, but could use a refresh. It was pretty outdated. It would have been perfect if it had some newer appliances and just a simple updating. For example, shower rods were slightly rusty, bathroom door lock didn’t work, blow light bulb in the bathroom. Outdated kitchen appliances. Overall though, the stay was great. We will be back to Orange Beach In the future & we loved this condo location.

SEASIDE WITHDRAWLS

I am seriously having beach withdrawls, and Seaside was so wonderful. My father passed away last March, so I wanted to take all my kids and grandkids on a trip to the beach. Along with a few xtras I think there were 10 of us total. Two were under the age of two, so the location of our condo, the 1st floor with the pool, and the walkway to the beach right outside our back door was a blessing. Everyone there that I came in contact with who worked either for Seaside or Brett Robinson were amazing. the young man at the guard shack was entertaining, the oriental gentleman that cleaned the pools and grounds was a God send the day we got ready to leave because we had a luggage thing on top of our van and we were having trouble packing it so he helped us.There was plenty of room for all of us in the condo and as a matter of fact we loved it so much some of us stayed an extra day. My only regret was having 2 little ones who wet the bed so I was very sorry for that but I did pay to have the mattresses cleaned. I would love to come and stay there again. I did go to Gulf Shores this past April and would have stayed in Orange Beach with you guys but you were booked at the time. It rained and thunderstormed the entire week, so hopefully I will make it back before the summer is out. Thanks again for the wonderful stay the beach was wonderful, except for the jellyfish, but all in all, I can truly say, I will be back and use you again.
