We were steps from the beach, the place was so clean which is the most important thing to me.The place was quiet and our kids had a great time. The host communicated quickly with us when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Cheer Competition Stay

This was a beautiful and clean home. We have always stayed in hotels and so glad we decided to go this route. Great communication with the homeowner and hope to book with them next year at this time!

Great location. Not a lot of ppl there. I think bc they were working on outside of condos. Painting. But they weren’t loud, so didn’t bother us! Will put on our list of places to stay.

Affordable and Comfortable Stay!

We traveled to Orange Beach for a family function and just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. The condo offered more space than a hotel at a similar price. It was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Our 3 year old grandson loved the bunk bed! Host promptly answered any questions we had.

Beautiful ocean view from the room

This until is comfortable, clean and cozy! The host was very helpful during our entire stay. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and she was able to enjoy the short walk to the pool and the beach- the short walk was important to our stay. We hope to rent this unit again next year.

2023 Summer Orange Beach Family Vacation

The condo was very nice and clean. There was very easy access to the beach and parking. The common areas were very clean and well maintained. It’s was very family friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean and in a great location! I can not say enough about how great the owners were with communication from the time we booked the condo until we checked out. They even checked in during the week to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything! We will be booking this condo again!

We had a wonderful time. Walked to Eat and shop. The only issue was the pool was not cleaned daily. (like sweep the bugs out) Still a nice pool and the view was Great.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo had everything we needed! Our family of 6 had plenty of space and entertainment! The owner was fantastic to work with. The only thing i would make note of, is that if you have older teens everything (pool, tennis courts, etc) closed at 8pm. I know my older kids would have liked to jump back in the pool after dinner a few times but by the tome we would get back it would be closed.

Great condo

Rented for a long weekend with my mother and my adult son who is disabled. The property is very handy to the elevator and the handicap parking spot and the ramp to the beach access is very accessible. Also having a beach side pool is very nice. The property is very well-maintained and clean. It’s bright and airy and served our needs! The owner is super responsive for any concerns or questions. Definitely will rent again if we return to the Orange Beach area!

Perfect beach getaway

The location is excellent. Right on the beach and easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo was just right for my husband and I and our adult son. We like it roomy. It would be too tight if there had been more than 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. The beach was not crowded due to schools back in session. The host was very responsive and polite. Highly recommend this for a family or couple getaway!

Great Condo

This was a great condo, it was clean and the view was great. I loved that there wasn’t a parking garage, just a normal parking lot. We didn’t have to wait on the elevator either. The host stayed in contact the whole time and was always quick with responding.

Seaside Beach and Racquet is a nice and peaceful community of both residents and guests. This unit has new paint, furniture, and TVs as of April 1 2021. Beautiful beach and indoor and outdoor pools!
