Welcome to our little slice of sunny paradise! We’re a fun-loving family of four—Mom, Dad, and two energetic boys (ages 11 and 12)—who recently fell in love with Tucson’s desert charm and decided to snag this gem of a home before someone else beat us to it. In about 10 years, we plan to call this place our retirement playground. But until then, we're thrilled to share it with you!

The Home
Located in a peaceful neighborhood at the edge of Tucson’s western foothills, our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your launchpad for Sonoran adventures. With peeks of mountain views, star-filled night skies, and an open floor plan perfect for relaxing or entertaining, we think it’s pretty close to perfect.
Whether you’re lounging poolside, enjoying your morning coffee (or margarita—we don’t judge) on the back patio taking in the desertscape, sipping cocktails under the stars, or setting out for a day of golfing, hiking, or exploring all Tucson has to offer, this home is ready for all your adventures.

Bedrooms
Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and views that make getting out of bed optional.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen bed, cozy and quiet for a great night’s sleep.

Bedroom 4: Twin bunk beds + adventure vibes. Perfect for kids—or fun adults with a youthful spirit.

Kitchen & Living
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up pancakes or pack trail snacks. The living room has comfy seating, a smart TV, and plenty of board games (because bonding over Monopoly is practically a rite of passage).

Location, Location, Location!
We're a quick drive to Saguaro National Park West, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and incredible hiking and biking trails. Want to get wild? Visit the Reid Park Zoo. Craving culture? Downtown Tucson is just 20 minutes away with fantastic restaurants, shops, and a vibrant arts scene. Golf fanatic? Choose from 5 golf courses all within just 15 miles.
