This gorgeously updated 4 bedroom/2 bath home that sleeps 10 with a pool and spa situated on a corner lot in an adorable little neighborhood near the base of Sombrero Peak! The home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, large kitchen & dining space, and private backyard space. Enjoy high speed internet & a smart TV.

LOCATION: We are nestled less than 4 miles from the trails of Saguaro National Park, less than 1 mile from the nearest supermarket/restaurants/shopping, and only a few miles to the Quarry Pines Golf Club as well as Tucson National Golf Resort! And because we are on the north side of Tucson right off the I-10, if you had to you could jet up to Phoenix super-quick!

ENJOY YOURSELF. Visit the superb restaurants and unique shops of Tucson and Marana. Watch a movie or enjoy a game from our various board games in the house. Or play all day and then relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub! We especially love sitting by the pool with a morning coffee & breakfast... and then lounge as we see fit in the completely-secluded back-yard. At night we cozy up to our outdoor gas fire pit while cooking on the grill!

This unique and extraordinary house has been completed with modern decor, it is truly your home-away-from-home. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten people (2 king-size beds, queen bed, twin bed, and a double/twin bunk bed). You can comfortably seat ten people at the dining table and even enjoy eating outside by the pool!.

Our home is perfect for snowbirds, a family vacation, or a getaway trip amongst friends. Enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful getaway. You will be happy you stayed with us!

Please note, we have high speed internet and a smart TV with all the apps you'd want. Feel free to connect to your remote cable or satellite.

Also note: Our hot tub is available year round and heating it is included during your stay with the touch of a button (it may take ~30 minutes to heat up in the middle of the winter). The pool is also available for use year round, however if you would like it to be heated during your stay, a fee of $80 per day (this amount is geared towards the winter months when the nighttime temperature is lowest... and the rates for non-winter months will be reduced based upon the timing and length of stay, etc.).

Absolutely NO SMOKING. Our home is a smoke-free home. Guests are responsible for paying for professional cleaning services if they leave any smoke-related odors or damage, starting from $300 and upwards (depending on the damage).

The property was just as pictured, and was neat and clean when we arrived. Location was central to much of what we did while visiting Tucson. Loved the backyard and pool area!

Perfect for Family!

Lovely updates throughout the home, clean, well-appointed kitchen (we were able to make our entire Thanksgiving meal there!), and the pool/spa was fantastic in November! Will definitely book again!

Long Golf Weekend

Our family came for a long golf weekend. To play and also attend the LIV event. The location was perfect and was as shown in the listing and photos. The place was spacious and served our needs very well. We were pretty low maintenance but Kate was quick to answer any and all questions that we had. We ate out at the good local restaurants so did not make much use of the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Christmas House

We needed a place to stay when the current home closed before the new house was available for move in. To complicate matters, the family includes a 2 year old and a 4 year old AND two dogs! I appreciated the ease of move in and the fact that we did not have to worry about the cleanliness of the floors and rooms. The pictures are representative of the space. This would be a wonderful place to visit in the spring with a pool and hot tub in a spacious back yard.

My wife & I are from Colorado, so we love the mountains and hiking, etc. We also own another property in Breckenridge, CO that is listed on VRBO, and have done that for 24 years. It's great to hear the excitement in one of our renters' explanations of why they are coming to our property!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this area due to the proximity to the I-10, being close to hiking on the north side of town, and that the neighborhood is so peaceful & secluded. It's quiet and yet allows us the ability to be in the "trendy" shopping areas of north-Tucson within minutes.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

To me, our property offers the ability to come and enjoy an oasis-of-a-backyard. The fencing is high enough where no one can see in, the trees & bushes give you a sense of seclusion, and the sun hits the pool/spa with the perfect amount of sun & shade. As you can see from our pictures, we have just about every outdoor amenity you would want... for day and night!
