Guests will have full access to the entire townhouse, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and both patios. Enjoy the upstairs patio with a hammock and seating, as well as the downstairs patio with outdoor dining, a grill, and café lights.

As part of a gated community, guests will also have access to:

No glass containers in the pool area
YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 IF THE POOL KEY IS NOT RETURNED

Trash & Cleanliness
Dispose of trash in designated bins
Wash dishes and leave the house tidy upon check-out

Security & Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
