Thank you for your feedback! We are glad our team was able to resolve the hot water quickly. We are sorry about the patio door not locking, the key pickup, and the missing Keurig and dish soap, and we have shared these with our team so they can be addressed. We hope to welcome you back soon. Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay at Royal Palms. We’re so glad you enjoyed the view and found the condo convenient and as described. We sincerely apologize, however, for the issues you encountered with the mattress, shower doors, fan switch, and cleanliness. This is not the level of quality or comfort we want our guests to experience. We’ve created a follow-up work order for our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address the mattress replacement, repair the shower doors and bathroom fan switch, and ensure a more thorough deep clean of the condo, including furniture and vents. We truly value your comments, as they help us identify where we need to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much smoother and more comfortable stay.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay. We love hearing our guests were completely satisfied. Please keep us in mind the next time you plan to visit the area.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value your input, and it will help us improve our services and address areas of concern. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further comments, please let us know. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

We're so happy to hear your vacation was a success! Thanks for taking time to leave Brett/Robinson a review, and we hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

James: Thank you for the compliments and the review of your stay. We will certainly look into the items in question and make the necessary changes. We certainly want to offer and comfortable place to stay. A starter kit is provided but, as was included in your confirmation, other items will need to be brought from home or bought from nearby local stores. We hope the memories you made here will last a long time.
