Unclean, stove didn't work called multiple times and left message for call back got none!!
Over priced for what is offered, no call back from owners, closet door was off when we arrived. No toilet paper, not enough towels, outside patio chairs broken. Defiantly will never book with this company again.
Not a good property. Broken chair. Balcony light has electrical issue. Pool closed. Refrigerator roaring. Not happy at all. Have to pay $2.00 a load to wash the towels that belong to the owner. Linens are not replaced for the entire stay. Kitchen faucet feels like it will come off in your hand.
Though it was clean, it was obviously old. Didn't look like it has been updated since it was built. That being said...it was fine for me since I don't have to have fancy so it worked. We needed cheaper and wanted directly on the beach. That's what we got. **The reason for the overall rating, however, is that we ran out of toilet paper. We checked in on Wednesday afternoon, checked out Sunday morning, and were given ONE roll (and it was the regular sized cheap kind not a Charmin Mega roll). I called to ask for more thinking the cleaners forgot to leave an extra under the sink, but no. They expected that to be enough for all our personal needs (no tissue so used for nose blowing, etc, too). It may not be a problem for others, but that was a deal-breaker for me. Fortunately, we were only two minutes from Waves grocery and they sell single rolls. If you choose to stay there, take your own TP!
Booked this condo with access to the pool being in the forefront of our minds. Pool was closed and we were not informed until we were at the gate of the pool. Kids were very disappointed. Rusty nails and screws all over the patio. Plastic chair broke as soon as I sat in it first time. Inside of condo was clean and cool and location is great- right on the beach.
The condo was very clean and quiet at night. There were plenty of towels. The furniture was out of date and the plastic lawn furniture was cracked so be careful so you don't hurt yourself. If you are going to cook bring your own frying pan because the one provided is no good. The garbage disposal and stove was not operating correctly but maintenance repaired it promptly which was great. We loved how close we were to the beach but we didn't like all the steps to get up into the condo. The AC and TV worked great. We enjoyed our beach retreat and we would come again.
No elevators , so you have 3: flights of stairs to go up if your staying on 2nd level. Room was clean , just has a bad smell, especially if it rains! Probably would not stay here again, needs updating and Tv remote control not working. Did not have to communicate with property manager since our stay was only 3 nights.
This condo is filthy. There is dust all over everything. The cords for light fixtures are covered in dust, the bathroom fan has so much dust caked on it that I'm surprised it works. The stains on the carpet are another thing. This place could be a nice little place to stay with the family if the owner would invest in some minor improvements and if Brett Robinson invested in keeping it clean! It's like all house keeping does is come in and replace the sheets and towels. Even simple things didn't work like the can openers, I think the owner went to a garage sale to stock this place.
I have a friend who owns a condo in a different building in Gulf Village and I had to book a condo for her birthday weekend. This was the last condo available in the complex. They charged top dollar (3 times what they charge for mid August). This condo has cinderblock walls, a musty smell, and no internet, no washer/dryer, no coffee, no dish soap, not even any salt and pepper. This is the oldest building in the complex. It was absolutely overpriced considering it's in my top 3 of the worst place I have ever stayed.
