We had stayed at the new Phoenix property it was fabulous, before arriving at Phoenix IV. We were very disappointed in the condition of this location. It wasn’t very well maintained. The pool was dirty and chairs were broken and the ladder was broken. Our room Was very dated and not real clean. The pans were awful. It was hard to find where to check in. We won’t stay here again. The other location yes, but not here. Not worth the money.

Everything was nice except for the bathroom. It had clearly not been cleaned when we got there. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathtub before we could use it.

Condo was good, but had building issues

The condo itself was clean and comfortably furnished and outfitted; spectacular beachfront views. It was also convenient to non-beach activities for the kids and shopping and restaurants. The condo is 2nd floor which turned to be good as one of the two elevators wasn't working the whole time we were there and the waits were ridiculous. My chief complaint was that it was so NOISY the whole time. 2nd floor was not high enough to insulate from the near constant noise at the pool, beach gates slamming closed, and shouts from the lobby. Another unit on the floor was having construction done and my husband had to confront our "neighbors" at 3AM. I understand that much of this is incidental to our stay during the busy season, but can't help thinking I might have enjoyed a unit in another building or higher floor much more. For beach access and activities this is great, but a peaceful retreat it was not.

Great beach location!

My wife and I stayed here and really enjoyed our stay! Family friendly and clean property! If you want to be beach bums this is a great place and it is close to many bars and restaurants!

Great place but needs a bed.

The overall property was nice. The unit we stayed in was fine but as reviews have noted it majorly needs a new master bedroom mattress. Outside of that we enjoyed everything.

Bring items to avoid going to grocery the first night!

Nicely furnished apartment. Just big enough for 2 people. Bring toilet paper, kleenex, washer detergent, hand dish detergent, beach towels, coffee and filters for making coffee in Mr Coffee. When I owned a condo, we provided these things for one day just to get folks started on a happy vacation. It was something nice we did for our guests. More explanation for where to check in and how to call about questions should be provided in advance.

Very good condo for a couple or small family

Perfect condo for a couple or small 3-4 member family. Great views from balcony. Big windows let it the view all the way through the condo. Being on the second floor helps with one’s that don’t like to be high up. Stairs are next to the condo entrance and are easier to use on a daily basis for going to the lobby or basement to the beach/pool. Condo is furnished with most everything needed with kitchen supplies and bath towels. I would definitely stay at this one again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect

This was a great place to spend a few days at the beach. It was everything we could ask for. The condo was very clean, and on the second floor( I don't like to be on high floors). The balcony view was perfect to sit and drink coffee of a morning or watch the sun set in the evening. There were just two of us and a one bedroom was all we needed. This will be my go to condo next year!

Good location but needs a little TLC

Very pretty unit with great location on the 2nd floor, however not a very clean unit. My son's feet were black after walking around barefoot inside the unit on the 1st day. Furniture dirty and dingy looking. Sleeper sofa not comfortable and held together with safety pins. Shower drained very slowly, standing in ankle deep water when taking a shower. I expected better for how much we paid to stay here.

Good overall, need to fix 2 problems that have been here a while

the fold out bed needs to be trashed, the master was great. the fold out is literally held together with wire. People have mentioned the shower not draining since 2013, still isnt. Besides this a great property, good lcoation and views

Love this place!

This is a beautiful unit! I love the updated bathroom and the kitchen has everything we needed while we were here! It's truly a home away from home! We will be back and request this unit again!
