La meilleure unité 1br à Phoenix V !!

Ce condo Phoenix V est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple avec une petite famille. Il existe de nombreuses activités, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket-ball et une piscine extérieure. Deux courts de tennis vous attendent à l'extérieur. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur le grand balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormez sur le grand lit king size du maître. Profitez d'une sieste sur la grande chaise dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Notre condo a été récemment rénové avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires personnalisées, de nouveaux meubles de salon et des carreaux. Nous pensons que c'est unique en son genre à Phoenix V !!

Notre condo est situé dans le centre de l'immeuble au 6ème étage, pas loin à pied des ascenseurs. Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, le prix de cette unité sera inférieur à celui de la société de gestion sur site.

Vos enfants sont en mesure de profiter d'un nouveau 1300 pieds carrés. Pirate des Caraïbes inspiré Splash Pad en bas de la piscine. La zone comprend un sloop de pirate et un arc de navire avec des jets inclinés et un canon à eau, une glissade humide sur un bateau échouée sur un bateau, un palmier avec des bananes vendant de l’eau ainsi qu’un vaporisateur de fleurs pour tulipes. Vous pouvez voir des photos du parc aquatique placées à la fin du diaporama du condo. Assurez-vous de garder vos petits Bucketheads occupés tout au long de vos vacances.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à l'arrivée. Ils sont facturés 28 $ par véhicule.

Room was ok but property was not.

Room was clean and as described. Check in was easy. 4 elevators and only 2 operating which took forever. Outdoor Pool was closed entire stay. Hot tub water looked very dirty. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has went down a lot. Hopefully will be doing renovations in future. The location is very convenient.Host did not answer questions through app but when i called the number for an issue it was answered and resolved quickly.

Clean but outdated

Place was mostly clean. If you want to cook, bring your own supplies. Could not find a can opener or baking sheet. And only 6 forks meant washing them after every meal. Clothes dryer would not stay running. Appreciate the smart tv in the living room, but it did not have Youtube TV app installed and would not let us install it without a password. Not worth the money.

Winter escape

Nice condo right on the water. Lot's of dolphin activity. This condo is directly above the splash park so you will hear the buckets dump water every 30 seconds. For some reason it came on at 5 am. We did get used to it after a while

Awesome view and great condo.

The condo was clean. The location and view were great. I wish we would have had a broom in the condo for sweeping up the sand and more than one dish towel. Other than the kitchen being semi-stocked everything was great.

Beach break

This property was a great experience. The only recommendation I have at this time is to update the television to smart tvs so that you can watch your regular platforms on days you want to stay inside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place and view. It needed more kitchen stuff, only had four tall glasses, four forks, etc so had to run dishwasher every night. We did keep it cool in condo, so got a blanket down-it had stuff all over it, so did the second one. Had to wash before use. Used ceiling fan for white noise but it has a squeak once it gets going that is very loud. Other than those things it was great-easy access to beach, nice patio, relatively quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been vacationing here since I was very little and it’s like a second home. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and quiet neighbors. We loved the layout of our room also. A comfy beachy feel. The staff were very nice and helpful. My one complaint is that we saw multiple large bugs in the pool on three separate occasions and I stopped swimming in it after one was crawling on me after getting out of the pool. But we loved our stay overall!

Standard condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Phoenix V and will continue to stay at this resort. Next year we will find a different condo. Living room fan did not work, no light bulb in the bedroom lamp, bathroom shower very dark, no pot holders or major utensils in the kitchen, clock when we arrived had no battery- so we bought batteries to fix it. Very limited bath towels, so had to wash them daily. Floor was not super clean, I get there is sand from the beach but upon arrival, it should have been cleaner. Bedroom tv had limited channels due to satellite. Older living room tv.

Condo great, property not so great

Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed the unit but the property is under some major lobby renovations. Unloading & loading of luggage was not desirable & 2 out of the 4 elevators were not working. That was a hassle in itself. Pool area nice & renting the beach chairs were great. That little fella was a joy to work with. If we decide to stay there again I will definitely check to make sure the renovation/construction process is over.

Beautiful location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the condo and the location of the condo. However, the condo was not very clean. The lines were visible soiled. We pulled additional linens out of the closet and they also had stains all over them that looks like they had never been washed. I slept with two sheets and a blanket out of my car and a towel over my pillow that I also had in my car as that was not clean either.. The towels were yellow stained and falling apart essentially even when I washed them. This would make my family not return to the resort. The rugs in the unit were very dirty and old as well so I did not walk around the unit without shoes. Period I would expect a little more cleanliness from a resort of the size.Additionally, the Wi-Fi password on the sheet we were given in my email was incorrect.

Beautiful views of the Gulf, awesome patio furniture, beautiful kitchen and amenities. We loved our stay! Only downfall was no outdoor heated pool, so when windy or cold, we had to be inside. But otherwise, no complaints!!

Condo was mediocre but fairly priced for this time of year. Had to spend a little time cleaning to my standard. Overall, we were happy with the decision on this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay. However, we did not have free WiFi so service in our room was not good. We tried a couple times to contact someone and got no response. Tv in our bedroom did not work and I wish the tv in the living room would have been a smart tv. However, we didn’t plan our stay around a tv, so it all worked out. We will be back next year!
