Emplacement parfait au 4ème étage à un endroit du parking !!!

Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour !!

Phoenix X est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement que n'importe quel autre à Orange Beach. Cette unité est également juste un condo loin du stationnement pratique !!

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit où séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Il existe de nombreuses activités, dont une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous grillez votre barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur le balcon spacieux du 4ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître avec accès au balcon! Il y a aussi un lit king dans la 2ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles et de nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à côt�� des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. N'oubliez pas que nous sommes juste à côté du Flora-Bama!

Parking: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à l'arrivée, ils sont des frais uniques de 35 $ par véhicule.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the location, this was a pretty disappointing condo rental. The communication was fine with the rental company, but it would’ve been nice to know several things about the actual building/condo prior to arrival and even selecting this condo. For instance, it would’ve been very nice to know that the pool was going to be closed the entire time we were there. That’s kind of a big deal and there was nothing said about that. Also, the elevator in the parking garage was only working part of the time. Because there was a bunch of construction and maintenance going on on the decks of the building. No mention of that from the rental company. And $60 to park per car? Give me a break! We talked to several other people renting and they were also very disappointed and felt misled. As for the condo itself, a little upkeep and TLC would go a long way to make it so much nicer. I read several reviews about little things like the toilet paper holder being loose. Someone needs to just go in there with a dang screwdriver! They clearly know about it because it’s been mentioned several times. The same could be said for a couple doorknobs. It just makes you think that if these obvious things need to be addressed, what am I not seeing?? Being next-door to the FloraBama was fun. I will say that much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures on the website are very misleading. The entire condo is in desperate need of updating. The drawers in the kitchen were falling apart, the shelf in the freezer is very rusty, the baseboards were all marked up and chucks of word were missing, there was no privacy in the bathrooms, the door knob to one of the bathrooms was too small for the hole, there was a musty feel to the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location. Great view and easy access to the beach. Cons: This unit needs some work. The shelf in the freezer has a lot of rust on it. The toilet paper holder is missing the piece to actually hold the toilet paper. Floors hadn’t been swept. There are brown stains from water leaks that they tried to cover up with paper towels and a bowl under the kitchen sink. Knob missing on closet door in master bathroom. The 2nd shelf on the coffee table still trash from the last occupant and looked like it hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. *rats were seen running around outside the area where the grills are downstairs and a snake😳...

Great Condo and beautiful beach

Property is clean and the grounds and beach are beautiful. I appreciated having the parking garage and ample luggage carts available. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for an elevator. It was busy and I felt the outside pool should have been heated. There was no space in the indoor pool. Way too crowded while the beautiful outdoor was empty as it was freezing. Condo needs a new bathroom door. It doesn’t close and broken. Could use some new pillows in the master and new quilt. The kitchen sink is also clogged. Overall with just a few changes, the condo would be perfect!! Orange Beach is very pretty, clean, and lots to do.

Great location

Wonderful location! Located near Flora-Bama restaurant which had tasty food and drinks. We could just walk over from our chairs at the each. Super close and convenient. Condo was clean. Amenities were good. Only complaint is the master bath bathroom door. It is barely usable and barley hanging on the track. Kinda frustrating. The three hot tubs and indoor and outdoor pool were nice. Family friendly. Would def stay at this location again.

Loved Phoenix X

Loved the complex. pool, staff, and location. Condo itself needs help. Cleanliness was awful. Mirrors alll smeared;, toaster, oven etc. dirty; broken cabinets; lights out; air conditioning not working but fixed; wifi out but fixed. Dust bunnies under all furniture. Oven mitts dirty and burned up..

Great location but Disappointed in Property

We loved the location of this property and it was furnished nicely. However the cleanliness and maintenance of the property lacked a great deal. When we arrived the linen closet had towels just thrown in (we rewashed all). There was also towels in the washing machine. The master closet had a blanket and pillow just thrown into a laundry hamper. There was also some maintenance issues such as one of the drawers in the kitchen was broken and the door in the master bathroom was broken. This would have been a great place if more attention to detail had been done on the cleanliness and maintenance.

Broken cabinets, leakage under the sink w mold, broken door handles in the master, and not reliable WiFi. Luckily we were out on the beach for most of the stay but still is nice to come back to a put together unit. Would not rent again but if you do not care for the things I mentioned go for it! We enjoy staying at Phoenix 10 every year, we will just get another unit next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable, great location,and had a great view. Did notice some maintenance work is desperately needed. Knob on the MB bathroom bi-fold door is pushed through. Two or more chairs at the dining table were missing rungs, possibly making them unsafe. The door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open. The shelves inside of the freezer were completely rusted. MB shower was missing a lot of grout. As I mentioned most are simple maintenance fixes. You have my home location wrong. I am from The Villages, Fl!

Views are amazing

The property was in a great location. It was very clean and pictures are exactly the way the condo appears. We ate in several meals and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We did bring our own griddle which made things a little easier. The outside area was very clean around the pool and the grills. Parking was nice, the unit is on the 4th floor and you can park in the parking garage just steps away from your vehicle. There are carts available to load your belongings on to make it easier to carry things in. The views are amazing from the balcony. We sat there most of the time when in the condo. I would definitely stay at this condo again!
