Honest But Fair Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at this property (different units each year). Overall, like the location and convenience and the amenities. However, this unit 416, had awful Internet connectivity. Trying to watch programs was trying at best. Cleanliness of the unit was also lacking...floors and shower need extra attention. Everything else was satisfactory!

The property is very dated. That was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the daily rate we paid. Also, having to pay to park in the deck is absolutely absurd. How could you not park in the deck?! Robbery.

It was all wonderful except for the internet horrible connection if you were lucky enough to get one. Heard multiple people complaining about the same thing with people on the beach. Needs to be much better. Phoenix needs big time upgrade on their internet.
