• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in (outside 48-hour window)
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded for cancellations <7 days before check-in
