Guest Access:
There is a $50 parking & registration fee that needs to be paid in cash at the front desk upon check in.

Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Please note a renter agreement will be required to be signed. Arrival instructions WILL NOT be sent if the renter agreement is not signed. Security deposit is a HOLD and will be released two days after departure as long as no damage has occurred. If anything is out of sorts during check in, please call us immediately so we can note or correct it ASAP!!

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 2 - walk out to pool and beach
Parking notes: A $50 cash registration fee per vehicle will be collected at the Fountainhead Security office upon arrival. No assigned parking- first come, first served. Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
