This clean 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with ***COMPLIMENTARY LINEN SERVICE*** is a perfect retreat for families, couples and digital nomads alike. Prime oceanside location is 100 steps to the beach and offers sunset views from the balcony overlooking the pool. Fall and winter guests will enjoy a glimpse of the ocean. The unit is equipped with cable and high speed internet (800mbps) suitable for those who are seeking a remote work retreat and Roku.

THE SPACE:
The large, open layout for the dining, kitchen and living areas is perfect for socializing or spending time with family. A fully equipped kitchen with 8-foot island is sure to impress the vacationing home cook.

A cozy and artfully designed living room offers a fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, making for the perfect year-round getaway.

Off of the living room guests will find the primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the second with two twin beds, are located off of the dining room. The third full bathroom is found in the communal area, next to the twin bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests in the living room. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the condo let the sun shine in, while blackout curtains offer privacy when desired.

Pillows for all beds, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen linens are provided.

**COMPLIMENTARY LINEN SERVICE** includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. A brand new washer/dryer is available in the unit. A brand new full size washer/dryer is available in the unit.

2 designated parking spaces are included with the rental.

Non-smoking/vaping unit. Sorry no pets permitted. This unit does not rent to groups under the age of 25. The minimum age increases to 30 on holiday weekends. No HS or party groups. These reservations will not be honored.
