Thank you for your kind feedback. Agee with the guest, lots of difficulty when they were here, with our apologies. The roof leak is fixed. The flashing lights are replaced with new. The LP gas tanks ran our quickly because the furnace thermostat was not picking up correctly and it was very cold, this has been replaced. We are removing the sun shade which was noisy, and caused the roof leak. The burner on the stove is fixed. The oven works well, but has to be lit by getting down on your knees yo light it, which is physically challenging, so we provide a countertop oven. We wish you the best.

It is interesting you mention the steps, as we are installing an aluminum handicap ramp this week. 10 foot with rails, and small platform at the door. As for the fence, that may be more challenging, but perhaps a dog run will work. We will look into this great idea. We would love to host y’all again. Cheryl

Thank you for your kind review. So glad you enjoyed it and we look forward to seeing you again. The washer is powerful and does shake the RV on the spin cycle. Sorry we didn't think to warn you about that in advance. Especially as you come from an earthquake area. I will put that in the description. Many RVs have a washer dryer combination machine, and that is not as powerful and takes forever to dry. We opted for separate machines, and they don't have the same large capacity as a home model, but can do pretty big loads with several pairs of jeans or several towels, because of that strong spin cycle. That being said, they are specially made for RVs, as they get jiggled during travel, and the size is right. We do get some strong winds coming off the lake and in the spring. The RV made it through Harvey, with some swaying, so we know it can stand up. One of the things we love about being hosts is that we have the joy of meeting very interesting and lovely people. While we try very hard to respect your privacy, and not be intrusive, we do get to meet many new friends. You know we love Texas, and we may try to entice you to move back home.
