Lake ConRoy Estates_Unit A w/ Pool Access
Lake ConRoy's Unit A offers the entire 2nd floor of this home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms.  A king bed in master plus a sitting area w/in the bedroom that has a sofa bed with curtains that can be drawn to offer some privacy; ideal for younger children to stay close with parents.  The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a full-size lower and twin top bunk. The living room couch will sleep an additional guest, however, if you prefer a queen air mattress, please request one prior to check-in.  We've added a swimming pool in the backyard, but PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in and accessible to this property AND two other rental units next door.  This Unit A has a nice deck that wraps around from the front door to the back door with ample lounge space in the back corner area.
We are so close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood, and a boat pass is available upon request! We have a circular drive for your boat or trailer and room to unhitch, if you like. The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups, but please be prepared with a leash for your dog(s) because if we have guests staying in our Unit B on the lower level, they may have a dog too.
If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval.
While staying with us, you also have access to the Hostâs main property in the neighborhood two blocks away that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private, well-water fed swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. There are also two (2) 100 lb. tortoises that can be seen roaming the property or grazing in their corral next to swimming pond. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you how to access.
LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon checkin unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.
Our neighborhood is located across from the Waterpoint Marina and Shopping Center, where you'll find tasty restaurants on the lake such as Monty's Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill, Fajita Jack's Tex-Mex Grill & Cantina, Akashi, Bar Lago, CVS, etc.

My name is Roy Burchfield and I have lived in the Lake Conroe / Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years. I take great pride in maintaining my properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends, while making sure you have everything you need throughout your stay with us.  I have had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019.  As a  Superhost and Premier Host, my Team and I are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays.
I and my wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at our Train Depot Home and our Forest Home, just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with our sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.
