I was really pleased with my stay. The property has a nice large grassy area with my dog loved and the accommodations were nice decorated and had everything I needed. Would definitely pick this property again and thank you to great hosts!

Perfect

This place was perfect for what we needed it for! Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The hosts were super nice and so was the property manager! I highly recommend this location and will be coming back soon!

Great Property!

Roy was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed! The property was new, clean and just what I needed for my week of work in Conroe! Great property / land for my dog to run and play...fire pits, great TVs/internet, comfy bed! I'd recommend this property if traveling to Conroe!

We really like the place. It was nice and quit for the most part. (some neighbors got kind of rowdy) Would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool. Although there are a few nails sticking up on the pool deck, you need to hammer them in.

The property was a pretty, quiet location. It’s a duplex and we stayed in the downstairs portion. We enjoyed our stay but the bathroom was humid and I met a couple roaches in there. It also smelled like smoke in the evenings (?) the pool was fun for my son as well as the swing they had out front. The property manager was very courteous and made us feel welcome.

We were a bit surprised when we first arrived at the gated driveway, as there were other guests staying in the upstairs portion of the property. Both parties were initially unsure since we weren’t expecting to share the location. However, after meeting, we realized we were all in town for the same event and things went smoothly from there.Overall, the stay was good. There were a couple of cleanliness concerns — the shower needed attention, and 2 of the 4 provided towels were not clean. That said, everything else looked clean and organized. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again next year during this time.

We do mention Unit A in the first and second paragraphs in the description, ‘About this property,’ when mentioning the shared pool access and requesting that guests bring a leash for pets as there may be guests staying in our Unit A during your stay in Unit B. We’ll edit both our Unit B and Unit A descriptions to bring quicker attention to there being two units on this property (an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit) for future guests. We will also connect with our Accommodations Manager and Housekeeping Team regarding the shower needing attention and the towels. Wonderful Anniversary Getaway

This was the perfect hideaway for our 15th wedding anniversary. With the exception of the neighbor cranking up his bike with loud pipes (daily but not for great lengths of time) our stay was peaceful and serene. The back porch is well designed to sit in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee and in the evening with the ambience of the led party lights that surrounds the patio. We were close enough to the lake to enjoy some very good food without a lot of driving. We left there with kudos from my wife for a plan well played for our special time.

Not worth it

Roy is a great host but the house was dirty it had animal hair all over the bed and covers and couch the door lock kept locking us out and the shower was dirty there was bugs everywhere and the house was over priced to be that small we could not stay two nights at that house

Love it

This place is super cute and centrally located to all the fun lake Conroe/Montgomery has to offer. Roy was the best host ever. Hands down was welcoming from the very first message sent. We will def book this place again or any of the other properties he had to offer.

Cozy

The property is really nice and clean. Gas grill, porch swings, fire pit and outdoor tv really were nice to have access to. The ad said 2bdrm, sleeps 6, but we only had access to 1 and the foldout couch. Still had a great weekend and I would rent the place if I'm in the area again
