Ceci est le seul endroit du lac Conroe qui a des balcons qui fait pendent sur l'eau!

Ceci est une unité d'une chambre avec un grand lit dans la chambre à coucher, cuisine équipée et salle de séjour. Vous pouvez pêcher depuis le balcon et vous avez un 180 degrés, vue jamais obstrué. La pêche est également grande autour de la marina et du quai de pêche. Jet-ski et location de bateaux sur place. Chaque équipement est bord du lac! Acres de terres à errer.

Lovely condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We especially liked the way the condo is decorated. The sunrise over the lake on Sunday was fabulous!

Staycation

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this property. We live only a few miles away and this place is the perfect property for a staycation. The home was nice and met all our needs. We cooked our own meals, watched tv and enjoyed the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

Nice, relaxing stay

The view was great! Able to sit inside the cool air and enjoy the view of the lake! Then sit on the porch when it cooled off. Yes there were some bugs... But it's the lake and after spraying they calmed down. Neighbors were fishing and catching fish..off the balcony. Ducks were happy to entertain also.

Lack of supplies

Our overall stay was good. We stayed in a different unit last year that was stocked well with all kinds of items. There was a lack of certain items on this unit such as trash bags there was only one. . No can opener. No spices. Etc.

fabulous location

Beautiful venue, yet could use some upgrades. The unit is dated but the view made it worth the trip. The icemaker did not work, toilet paper holder was broken, lack of bathroom rug and needs a good cleaning and coat of paint. The area and grounds are lovely. Would go again when it is warmer to use the amenities. Despite the weather, completely enjoyed my stay.

This is one of my wife and I favorite getaways, but I must say I will only rent if it’s condo type.

This is my wife and I favorite getaways each year, but I must say that I will only rent if a condo is available . We like to visit your basketball ball court, the regular room doesn’t come with a basketball. Also condo have better appliances, with the gas stoves with the middle burners for cooking multiples dishes beds comforters are more to our liking in the condos, also the TVs in the rooms have the same remote and tv as the main living area. We can watch the same shows , Netflix, real Cable etc . Our stay this time , we could one watch things we didn’t want to watch in the rooms limited to nothing to watch while lounging in the room. The condos are overall better in so many ways.

Seven Coves

It’s a great property. View is good, ease of getting there good, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and such good. However in my opinion the property would benefit with upgrades to the kitchen. New pots and pans, better silverware, a cohesive arrangement of dish-ware and kitchen linens. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, now to do something with the Texas heat and humidity.

Sweet treat!

Spring break w my grandson, great place, close to home ,comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, birdwatching, fishing, feeding the ducks. Can't wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy their awesome pool. The Manger is great ,very responsive. I love this place.

Great stay on the Lake

Had a wonderful, relaxing time at this condo. Check in was easy. Loved being so close to the water, with the ducks providing free entertainment. It is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood that has a lot of amenities. We did not visit the Wave restaurant, but it is just a short walk away. The light switches were a little confusing until we figured out what controlled what. A little trial and error will get you there, though. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed stay

It could use some updating but overall very comfortable. Balcony over the water is what made it special. However, if anyone is in condo above it would be unbearable. People were in there 1/2 day and the noise was so bad. Evidently not much insulation between floors. Bath/shower needs a safety grab bar to help with getting in and out. Can get them from Amazon for $25 & it just suctions on the wall. Also, a toaster in kitchen would be nice. Recommend trying The Wave restaurant!

Staycation

My husband and I wanted a nice weekend without the kids, but that was close to where we live. This property was perfect! It had the best of both worlds. He was able to fish from the balcony and I could lay out! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the cute ducks swim by. We also took advantage of the pool and swam for a little bit. The condo was everything we expected and more. I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! The view of the lake is so nice!

My husband and I stayed Friday and Saturday and we loved it. The condo is clean and well stocked. All amenities provided. The floating balcony is so nice. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful and spacious. The view of the lake is outstanding. We did not want to leave and will definitely book again!

Relaxing

This condo was just like described! We enjoyed being able to fish right off the balcony. The only problem was the people that stayed above us had children that made lots of noise and ran up and down the stairs till 12pm . It sounded as though they were destroying the condo. Next time we will rent top floor.

Can't beat the lake views

We took our 2 year old son and stayed a couple nights for our babymoon and were very pleased with the condo. My son loved feeding the ducks, fishing from the balcony (we only had hotdogs and a kiddy pole but still caught a catfish and 2 bluegills), swimming in the pool (closed Mondays), and playing at the park down the street. We really enjoyed the panoramic views of the lake from the condo and appreciate Janet's quick responses and accommodations. Yes, the place would benefit from a little updating, but overall a great vacation spot for the price!
