Le décor inspiration tropicale et les couleurs vives dans cette une chambre et une salle de bains condo populaire créent un environnement apaisant et relaxant pour vous et votre autre significatif. Votre salon dispose d'un nouveau lit américaine Canapé en cuir queen, deux chaises, une banquette-lit double de taille dans un coin, et un bureau et une chaise par la balcon. Le canapé-lit est l'un des canapés-lits les plus confortables partout! Aucun bars ou ressorts et il est Tempur-Pedic. Aussi voici une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine gastronomique dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable, une gamme sommet plat, et tous les outils culinaires vous avez besoin pour préparer les repas. Deux tabourets au bar du petit déjeuner sont complétés par quatre chaises à une table en verre. Vous aurez probablement prendre beaucoup de repas sur le balcon, qui a une table et plusieurs chaises, et une vue imprenable sur le sable et la mer. Votre suite parentale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains bleue lumineuse avec lavabo, comptoir de rangement, baignoire et douche.

Great place for a family

We loved our stay here. The beach was clean and the pools were a hit with my daughter. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Super clean and in the perfect location.

Beautiful

The view of the ocean was perfect! Along with the location it so was convenient. Had a few rainy/cool days but the indoor pool and hot tub was a hit those days. Can’t wait to book our next vacation there!

Memorial Day get away

The views from 1502 are incredible, you can see for miles. The condo is cozy but nice. It’s a little dated but the beds and furniture are comfortable. The complex is really nice and beach access is easy.

I was nervous when I never got any instructions prior to our arrival, but everything went smoothly. We arrived much earlier than anticipated and the staff was able to let us check in early. Great stay! We will be back.

Family Vacation in Orange Beach

*Great on beach location being able to see and hear the ocean and boats in and out bay * A complete unexpected once in a life time experience watching beach fireworks from our balcony * Friendly staff in safe environments, three efficient elevators, as well as plenty carts for moving luggages *Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen *Be great if kitchen would have more condiments and spices as well as hand and dish soaps.. would be nice to have a wood cutting board * The microwave was making loud noise. Informed building staff and they put in a table top microwave that worked well. *TV had many channels but unable to find Fox Channel; Tried but unable to use the Samsung remote to get to Netflix.

Thank you for bringing the microwave noise issue to our attention; we're pleased our team resolved it promptly. Great Location

The condo was in a great location for our first time in the Orange Beach area. Our best friends stayed in the condo next door, and we had a great time. Location is top floor, corner unit. This particular condo was a little outdated, but it had everything we needed. There is even a beach chair in the closet that came in very handy! Having a full washer and dryer is a plus. I did have to clean a few things upon arriving (bathtub, bathroom, and refrigerator door). Also, the floors must not get fully mopped, as I had to wash my feet before bed each night from being dirty walking around in the condo. A swiffer mop would be a nice addition, for those of us who would prefer the floors be mopped and not just vacuumed. The only other minor set back would be the shower. The shower head is very low, and we did take many showers considering we were at the beach most days. We made due, but it would have been nice to have a nicer showerhead that extends up. My husband is an average of 6'1'' and had to bend down to shower. Aside from a few minor cleanliness issues, we did have a good time, and nothing would have been a deal breaker.

simple and sufficient

Simple and for the most part outdated condo but sufficient if you are looking for a small condo on the beach. Positives- the Master bed was actually really comfortable, had adequate kitchen supplies, top floor so you don't hear anyone walking above you, new washer and dryer, twin bed in living room to provide extra sleepers incase parents want the master and you could sleep 3 kids in the living room (including couch mattress). This condo is right in front of the trash shoot. We didn't hear anyone use it the whole time we were there and this condo building was booked solid so we know it had to be used. We were really impressed we didn't hear the trash shoot door closing at all! I asked Brett Robinson Group to not spray the toxic disinfectant spray that most beach condos are spraying due to the insane covid regulations. That stuff is so toxic and we have had allergic reactions to it. I called ahead and asked them not to spray it and they didn't. I was so glad that they remembered! Areas to improve- there is a large gap at the bottom of the condo front door so flies were constant in the condo. It needs some weather stripping to help close off from the outside. When people beside this condo or below move their furniture you can hear it very well. This condo is outdated and old but not in bad shape. Just don't expect fancy. The HOA and Phoenix East needs to deal with Ike's chair service who is contracted with Phoenix East. The front desk tried to tell me they were not but I called the city of Orange Beach and they confirmed that they are contracted with the condominium. Ike's chair rental puts all of their chairs at the shore line and monopolizes the beach. They leave little space for the public but tell you that you can put your chair in front of theirs. Well that's where the water is coming up to so if you don't want to sit in the waves then you have to go behind theirs or sit bumper to bumper with a stranger. Another area of improvement for the city of Orange Beach would be to make the beaches a smoke free zone. SO MANY people smoke and we would pick up our chairs and umbrella and move to find another spot and then someone else would start smoking. People played loud music out on the beach as well so the peacefulness of the beach was at a lost. We decided that this isn't the best area to rent at due to issues that the Phoenix and Orange Beach need to fix. The rental is not the problem. Nice rental! Just not the nicest part of town.

Such potential beautiful view

This place has so much potential and the gorgeous view is one of the best I’ve seen, however the place was dirty, a lot of things broken, chair back, lamps, mirror, tv in the bedroom, cabinets loose on the bottom. Other than that the sheets were clean the bedding was decent and the beds were ok. The view is outstanding.

Clean and conveniently close to everything we needed.

We stayed five nights and was not disappointed in Phoenix East! Nice people at the desk and clean property. Our beach umbrella guy was awesome and kept checking on us throughout the day. Hated to leave for home! We will be back soon!

Prefect Property

WE were fortunate to find this condo! THe unit is conveniently designed, comfortably furnished , and well stocked with conveniences of home. The views were spectacular, ocean to the front and boats traveling in and out the pass to the side, grounds lovely below. Checked in on the property, staffed 24/7. ELevators plentiful and efficient. Amenities outstanding, property close to ocean and near eateries and shopping. HOpe we can stay here the next time we come. I have already recommended this property.

Kentucky couple

The complex was set in a beautiful location with excellent access to the main highway. The staff was courteous and the room was immaculate. My wife and I had a wonderful view of the beach and especially enjoyed watching the fishing boats go out each mornings return in the evenings. We are already planning a weeks stay next year.
