The property was great, will definitely stay here again when back in the area. The condo was clean and spacious, and stocked with all the essentials needed. The beds were very comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and pool. The staff was very friendly.

Nice condo.. beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, beautiful views, and a comfortable condo. The only downside is that the condo could use some cosmetic updates. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with starter packs of everything we needed. The place was clean and in a great location. I loved that the pool area had a separate splash pad/play area for the younger kids. We will definetely consider returning here for future vacations.

No batteries in living room remote, light bulb burned out in second bedroom, could use a pizza pan or larger sheet pan and pizza cutter, master bath shower had problems draining and water would stand in bottom, sink also drained very slowly, 4 elevators were crazy slow the entire trip (4 nights) and not sure all elevators were even running.

The condo is in a great location. We loved having the option to garage park our car with thunderstorms rolling through. We did have some difficulty with them overbooking our assigned spot but each time it happened we were able to get it fixed quickly. The condo was overall great, although could use some minor updates, fresh paint, etc. I would recommend to friends and would stay here again though! The pool/indoor pool/splash pad and distance to the beach were amazing! The condo also has on-staff/on-site full time employees that were constantly cleaning which was nice!

Several things needed to be repaired or updated. Only 1 of 4 screws holding safety latch on balcony door, light bulb out in bathroom and board games torn and/or missing pieces. Refrigerator is missing door shelves and one crisper bin is broken. Vacuum cleaner did not have any suction to pickup sand. Balcony furniture is worn. Overall, the unit is usable and linens are sufficient.

The unit supplied everything as mentioned in description. The beds were comfortable, plenty of additional bedding, and super comfortable large sofa. Our family of 5 had a great time. Great view, great location, good value

Really enjoyed our stay. The property could use some upgrades, but the condo was nice and clean. Very good location for restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Beach views are very good. Although it was a very busy holiday weekend, noise wasn't a problem at night. Would definitely recommend.

The location and amenities were very nice! My kids didn’t want to leave the pools or splash pad! Only things I wish we could have had was more cleaning supplies and better tools to clean the floor up from all of the sand. Kid friendly room, but lots of breakable things, so you just have to be on your guard with kids! The beds were a little hard, but we managed! All in all so glad that we stayed here!

Room was clean. Outside patio light didn’t work, was suppose to come fix but never showed up.Location is great, right in the middle of gulf shores and orange beach. Having multiple elevators was great. Never had to waitTons of luggage carts to make arriving and leaving easier as well.
