Phoenix IX est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du Golfe! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 1570 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvellement meublée. Avec seulement 55 condos loués à Phoenix IX, vous pouvez être sûr que vous passerez de bonnes vacances relaxantes sans que des centaines de personnes ne se pressent.

Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix IX: l'unité est équipée d'appareils en taille réelle, bar avec machine à glaçons, 50 "HDTV écran plat dans le salon avec 40" TV dans les chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et une deuxième chambre avec un lit King. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.

Il y a une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire sécurisée, une piscine chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne et un court de tennis couvert.

Nous gérons également l'unité 2br directement à côté!

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

So clean and everything exactly like it was listed. Amazing views. Right on the beach. Felt like we were staying at home! The only complaint is the TV system is a little outdated.

Amenities

The property has nice appliances and a big laundry room so we could keep our wet clothes dry and out of the way. We also had enough paper towels and toilet paper so we didn’t have to buy extra. The kitchen was much more equipped than other places. It was very nice for us. We’re elderly and I use a walker and we brought our grandson.

A stunning, comfortable condo on a beautiful beach. Our only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the kitchen was a little too bare…no foil, no small baking sheet (there was a huge pizza pan), no salt, pepper or sugar. There was also no dishwashing liquid or a sponge to wash things we did use that could not go into the dishwasher. We had to make a couple of Walmart runs to get items we were not expecting to have to provide. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to this same unit if available.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family and i had the best week in this condo! It has everything you need even an ice maker for your cooler to take down to the beach every day! The view from the balcony is great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Condo at Phoenix

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve always had great experiences staying at Phoenix properties in the past, but unfortunately this location was a big disappointment. The property is noticeably old and outdated, and the amenities did not live up to expectations—especially for the price we paid. The pool was dirty and closed for most of the week due to thunderstorms, yet every other beachfront property had their pools open during the same weather.The lawn chairs were filthy and worn down, and the parking situation was frustrating—workers were parked on the bottom level of the garage, making it extremely tight for larger vehicles. When we mentioned it aloud while getting out of our car, one of the staff members nearby made an inappropriate comment about how long she had been working, which felt unprofessional and out of place.The condo itself was decent but looked much better in photos. The TVs barely worked and required constant resetting, which was frustrating to deal with. While the beach service staff was friendly, we were disappointed that guests paying $50 a day for chair and umbrella rentals weren’t given priority. Other people were allowed to set up in front of us, which defeated the purpose of paying for a reserved setup.Overall, this property felt neglected and was not worth the high cost. We expect more from Phoenix and will not be rebooking here.

Beautiful unit and great customer service.

We stay in Orange Beach around Thanksgiving each year. Usually in another unit managed by the same company. Charlie called a couple weeks before our stay to let us know about Construction at our usual condo building. We are so thankful. We were able to choose another unit they manage in the same area. Jil- the point of co tact for the updated property - was just as helpful and friendly. Unit was just as depicted. Has more than you could ask for in a condo rental. Awesome views with all the amenities you could ask for. We will stay again in the unit and with this company.

It was well stocked. we were there from feb 27th to march 17th. altough the weather was cool in feb and first part of march, we enjoyed as much as we could. our unit over looked the gulf and were able to see the dalphins in the water! our balcony was fantastic! we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening overlooking the gulf.you can walk to florabama which is really fun to go to.thanks to Charlie Sanders...He made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Fall break with family

We enjoyed our stay at this unit! We loved the view. Walked to Flor bama and hung out ate and played bingo they have from 1-4pm everyday! Beautiful weather little chilly towards end of trip. We did have issues with the trying to purchase beach chairs with rental guy he was rude and said he couldn’t help us at that time and he was only helping the owners. If this is going to be an issue for people coming to rent your unit. Maybe have a couple chairs for beach for your renters. We did go purchase some since the guy wouldn’t help us. We have been coming down for years and using phoenix condos for a while and never had any issues. Probably won’t stay at this hotel again.
