Hereâs how it works:
Simply walk down to the beach
Visit the attendant to reserve your setup
Choose from daily or weekly rental options
If you prefer a more personalized setup, youâre always welcome to bring your own chairs and umbrellas as well.

To keep the property secure and organized for all guests, Phoenix I uses a HOA-managed parking system.
Hereâs everything you need to know before arrival:
Each reservation includes up to 2 parking passes for this 2-bedroom condo
Parking passes must be purchased and registered prior to or upon arrival
You may receive a link before your stay to register your vehicle in advance (recommended for a smooth arrival)
If not completed ahead of time, passes can be purchased at the front desk upon check-in
Cost:
Parking is typically $35â$65 per vehicle per stay (subject to HOA pricing)
Important guidelines:
Parking passes must be displayed at all times
Limit of 2 vehicles strictly enforced
Trailers, boats, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on-site
This process helps maintain a well-managed, secure environment so you can relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
