Very clean, studio apartment-like property. My spouse and I stayed one night here and it was lovely. Check-in was seamless, the room was clean yet cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of coffee supplies including sugar and creamer. Something that my spouse and I noticed: there’s a box fan in the closet! Both of us have trouble sleeping without a fan running, so that was an excellent surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom pleasantly clean, with spare toiletries if we needed. We’d definitely stay another night here next time we’re in the area.

I stayed here with my daughter to attend the Noah Kahan concert at Wrigley. This studio was so cute, comfy and homey! We had a blast and it's in a prime (but quiet) location!

The room was clean, we went for a cubs game and it was about a 15 minute walk to Wrigley, perfect for what we wanted and was not too far from downtown!

This studio is very clean and is located in a neighborhood with access to anything you would want to do or see. The stairway and halls are not pristine, but studio is good. Neighbors were quiet and seldom seen during my stay. Excellent restaurant right across the street and grocery nearby. Wrigley Field is easy walk. Check in was confusing for me, but it worked out.

The neighborhood was perfect for me. I’d like to book the same property again because of the location. The only problem was checking in. The address was wrong and if I wasn’t raised in that part of Chicago I would have been very confused.Plus I checked in late at night. It wasn’t an easy process. Next time it will be diffeeent.

I got the impression that this property is corporate owned. It lacked the personal touch. Having to send pictures of myself and my license before I was accepted I found a bit over the top.

Upon walking into the place it was disgusting. The couch had multiple “stains” that appeared to be bodily fluids. I immediately left and contacted the agent. They wanted to send someone to clean the couch??? I never stayed there and had to find a hotel to stay in. I have requested a full time refund as I never stayed. I find it interesting that they leave ear plugs next to the bed. Never a good sign.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and regret that the apartment did not meet your expectations upon arrival. Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and while we immediately offered to send our cleaning team to address your concerns, we understand that you chose not to stay. Regarding your refund request, this was processed through the booking platform’s resolution system in line with their policies. As for the earplugs, they are provided proactively for guests as a courtesy, given that the apartment is in a lively, central location. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our property standards and communication with guests.

Would recommend!

Check in was pretty easy, 3 codes total to get into the apt but after a few days we had the codes memorized and it wasn't overwhelming anymore.Room was a bit crammed for 2 adults and a dog but we made it work for our 5 day stay. I would recommend that hosts have (2) luggage holders instead of (1). The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so soft!Apt was in a great location and neighborhood. We loved the area so much we may book there again if we visit Chicago again. You do either have to pay for parking in a nearby garage or metered space but we were lucky enough to find a free spot on the street. On the day we left our car ended up getting blocked in so getting out of our space was incredibly difficult. That's not the fault of the host but something to be mindful. Also the apt building does not have an elevator and apt is located on the 2nd floor so something else to consider if staying here. The apt did have shampoo and conditioner but no bodywash so we had to go buy some. I love that the laundry was open to use as well so we could do our laundry before coming back and washed the (2) towels they provided us during our stay so we wouldnt have to ask for more. Hosts does inform you if you need more towels to let them know as well but we didnt want to bother.A/C was a bit loud and made it kind of hard to listen to the TV without having the volume higher than 22.Overall, I think we would stay here again. More pros than cons and host was very responsive.
