Great Apartment

Stayed here for a business trip, the space and Joan (the host) were great! She was quick to respond to messages. The apartment looked as listed. Was clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen had enough supplies to manage cooking in for the week. I loved the fact the grocery store (Tony’s) was so close and I didn’t need to drive and park to grab groceries. The apartment is an older building and noises aren’t muffled as much as newer construction but my friend and I managed fine. Overall parking wasn’t an issue. It’s a busy area but we were able to find a near the front of the building on many occasions as we traveled for our business each day. We enjoyed the space and will stay there again when in the area.

Comphy, cozy condo

You know when you walk in someplace and immediately think "I could live here"? Both of my friends and I said separtely without the knowing the other had said also. It's not new which provides the feel of history of lives well spent throughout the decades. Fresh and kept up, with modern appliances. Immaculate and well appointed with just the right amount of decor and style. Joan was responsive and accomadating. There are several local shops in walking distance that meet your basic needs. Not in the middle of city, sites, so transport needed with reasonably priced Lyft and Uber readily available. This is a this is a quiet little jewel placed in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Away from the commercialized tourist areas. One issue for us seniors was the stairs. Though not many it was a bit of a chore getting this serial over-packer bag up the stairs .No matter, I would stay again with no hesitation. Oh yeah, one last thing, Joan provided the city's first snow of the season; beautiful, short and no barrier to getting around. How's that for accomodating!

A very fully stocked grocery store only a 5 minute walk away. It was a Sunday when I arrived and the store was open until 10:00 which was very handy. Ate supper on the patio. No laundry onsite so plan to work around that. I had no issues but communicating with the host would have been very easy if needed. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe walking around.

Our daughter lives nearby and we came from Massachusetts for a wonderful visit betweenChristmas & New Years. Clean, comfortable and convenient. A good grocery store nearby and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will certainly be staying here again!

Moving Daughter to Chicago

We were looking for a VRBO close to our daughter's apartment, and this property was ideally located on the same street, just five blocks away. The saying 'Location, Location, Location' definitely applies here! The property was clean and well-maintained, exactly as described. We also appreciated the quiet neighbors and easy street parking. This was the perfect situation for our needs.

Loved staying here

Stayed here over my birthday weekend in Chicago and had a lovely time! The place was clean, organized, and the host was quick to respond and very helpful. Logan Square is one of the city's vibrant neighborhoods, balancing family-friendly activities and a thriving community of Chicago's aspiring artists, musicians independent spirited folks. The vintage charm of Logan Theater hosts the annual Chicago Underground Film Festival for those cinephiles. It is also the home of the historical Illinois Centennial Memorial that commemorates Illinois statehood designed by the same architect who created the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.restored arcade machines.

Make your afternoon stroll or even a bike tour at Humboldt Park and Logan Square , as the community is graced with tree line boulevard and parks.
