chicago getaway

Property was in an ideal location within a very nice neighborhood. Our group took an enjoyable evening walk to the local brewery for a few beers and food. Easy access to apartment and owners were available for any assistance we might need. Would stay again. Super clean and comfortable.

St. Patrick's Weekend

Just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Convenient to area shops and restaurants. On street parking was a bit limited but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if your looking for a place in this area.

Nice location and cozy spot

We came for a girls weekend and this was a great landing spot. We were able to walk to Andersonville and Lincoln Square. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need. Be aware if you are a light sleeper that this unit has another above it but our stay was mostly quiet. The shower is especially lovey.

Perfect place on the “North” side

Stayed in the well appointed and beautifully decorated place for an event at Wrigley. Perfect for the weekend. We enjoyed the walk (maybe longer than some would want) but plenty of places on the walk as well as locally for coffee, food, and drinks. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating.

Nice Spot!

Great location for my event in the area; safe, comfortable, and nice amenities. I was a little surprised the front door to the building is kept unlocked, but my unit door was accessible via key and secure key-holder. Would stay again!

Sweet little apartment!

This is a sweet little apartment that sits on a quiet tree-lined street. The apartment is set up beautifully and is perfect for two! The hosts were most gracious, and we are grateful for a lovely place to stay during our visit to Chicago.

Nice unit and perfect Chicago location

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a weekend in Chicago because we had concerts in town Friday and Saturday nights. The north side location was perfect for us. Free street parking was a big bonus, too. We parked and easily took Ubers to the shows. We also walked to local breweries and restaurants in the area. A great neighborhood and the unit is clean, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the comfortable mattress in the bedroom, enjoyed the shower in the bathroom, and appreciated having a full kitchen. Bottled water and k-cup coffee and tea were provided...a nice extra! Alex was very communicative and helpful with information. We would definitely stay here again! Five stars all around.

Stayed here for about a week during the summer. Lots of cute neighborhood spots to walk to and the finishes in the unit were great.

Great weekend away

My boyfriend & I met up in Chicago for a quick weekend escape. The location is perfect-less than 30 min from O'hare & 10-15 min drive to downtown. The unit is decorated nicely, great communication, and parking is NOT difficult. I was apprehensive to book due to street parking, but we had zero issues finding a spot. I'd definitely rent again!

Weekend in Chicago

This was the cutest garden apartment! Very clean, much more space than your typical hotel room, free street parking. It was obvious that when the owners renovated this unit, they put in quality fixtures. It's beautiful!

Fun Weekend Getaway, great location. Cozy space

Great garden apartment, nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Andersonville. Modern Kitchen and Bath with nice appliances. Alexandre & Sean were great hosts. They gave us quick responses to questions and clear directions/instructions. Would stay at their place again.

Tenant stay due to gas leak

I rent out an apartment nearby to this property and unfortunately there was a gas leak and had to find a place for my tenant to stay for several nights. This was very close by and I had great communication with the responsive host. My tenant told me that the place was very cozy, warm, and the faux fireplace was a great amenity, it helped him stay warm. He liked the on-site laundry and responsiveness of the on-site hosts. It was also fully stocked with anything you would need.
