What an absolute fabulous property- couldnât fault any aspect of our stay - Windsor Hills is an incredible location - already planning our next stay for here
beautiful, updated property! Loved the ice/water in the door of the fridge. Lots of pans and utensils, dishes. Even Kiddie plates, cups and bowls! Would def recommend and return.
The condo was spacious and in an excellent location. Walmart is right down the road, Disney and Universal are super close. The master bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a cement slab. We honestly debated on getting a hotel the last two nights we were there. We tried the pull out couch bed but it was very springy & even more uncomfortable. The other beds were lovely but obviously they were being occupied. We ended up trying to sleep on the couches the last two nights. There was something sticky under the kids bed closest to the window, not a big deal for us, we wiped it up. There were also several towels & rags shoved under the sink in the large bathroom that the two bed rooms share. Also not a big deal for us. We didnât care. It was pretty much sparkly clean other than that. There is not a pizza cutter⊠just a heads up. There is a pizza pan though. It was so stinking quiet also, that was wonderful! Letâs talk about that pool/ mini water park. FANTASTIC. I have a 16, 13, 5 and 1 year old and they had an absolute blast there on both of our free days. It was a lovely feature. It gave us something free to do. The arcade area was cool, the cinema wasnât available which was very disappointing but thatâs ok. The staff was incredible. They were all so nice & polite. I would stay again but maybe in a different condo. The bed was just so hard and uncomfortable. We actually had to get a hotel on the way home tonight just to get some sleep.
We were looking for a cheaper option with more room off site for Disney for our Disney trip. This room was great!! Lots of space, wonderful kitchen with laundry too, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a great porch. 4 tvs for everyone to enjoy also. Would highly recommend this condo. Pool, water slides, arcade and playgrounds were great extra activities to do on our off days. Wonderful resort!! They did have a few beach towels for the pool but must buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry soap to use.
First, NOT a resort. The one pool and the slides are nice. No actual restaurants, no pretty scenery to walk and enjoy. Not sure what happened but when we arrived for check in the cleaning staff was in there and there were many things left behind by previous group. Hours later we tried again and there was a 4ft pile of trash outside our door with food that stayed there until the next morning. We had to get our own towels out of the dryer and washer. Needs repair: draw in dresser falling out, draw pull fell off, water pressure is awful, need more blankets on bed. There was no soap, paper towels, salt packets, sugar packets, or any "starter" products. Bottle of someone's chew spit on the balcony, old used q tip on the bathroom floor, dust SO thick, dishes put away but dirty, drain in kitchen is rusty and needs replaced.
Positives are that the place is fairly close to Disney, decor is nice. If comparing to reunion 3 bedroom....reunion is much bigger and has more pools and in much nicer condition. Comparing to Bonnet Creek....Huge difference. Bonnet Creek has Disney shuttle, at least 5 places to eat, tons of activities including minigolf, 7 pools with bars. It was amazing. I do want to say that Magical Vacation Homes did respond with some (not enough) compensation.
Overall everything was great. Location is convenient to local attractions, grocery. Great pool. The unit itself had electrical issues. Kitchen overhead light would shut off after 20 min of use. I think due overheating. Master bath light switch was damaged, but functioned. Master bath vent fan did not work. Dryer vent was disconnected. Extended drying time. Second stay within complex. First time in this unit. I would return. However these maintenance issues should be addressed
Great stay and close to WDW. Only downsides were A/C could only be 74 as lowest temperature and ceiling fan remote in master did not work but outside of those no concerns.
Condo is conveniently located to Disney World Parks and is very comfortable.
Condo is very nice and comfortable, perfect when returning from a day at Disney parks. Plenty of linens and towels, kitchen has a nice selection of pots/dishes. Keep in mind that the supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, etc.) are only starter amounts, so pick up additional prior to arriving. The TV in the master was a bit inadequate as the remote was taped together (a bit frustrating) and it is connected wireless so it kept dropping the channel. Had a service call, the management company was very responsive. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
The condo was wonderful - clean and ready for us when we arrived! The property management company kept us informed through emails on how to access the condo as well as the amenities associated with the condo and check out procedures, so everything went very smoothly with check in and check out. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
