Wonderful condo. It's an end unit so the balcony wraps around the back providing beautiful views of the city and the ocean. It wasn't directly in front of the ocean but you could still see it from both rooms. Very clean. Gorgeous new kitchen with top of the line appliances. There's a restaurant in the building but it's a little pricy. Nice convenience tho. Have to go downstairs to pick up deliveries. Really the only negative feedback is that the elevators are ungodly slow which is obviously beyond the property owner's control. Weather wasn't great the first couple of days. Almost didn't mind as we enjoyed staying in the condo so much. Can't wait to go back.
Things that was disappointed to see,No batteries to lock the safe,Coffee maker power button will not turn on the maker,flushing Toilet sounds like a Trumpet,will make you sit straight up in bed,Shelf inside Shower falls off wall easy will not hold much of anything,Hand held Shower hose leaks really bad were it connects to it.
The management company is really hard to get a hold of and difficult to communicate with. The hotel also did not provide good service.
The toilet was not working when we arrived and we had to follow up with the management company and hotel many times in order to get it fixed.
We stayed for a week and there were no basic products that you would require like dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags and toilet paper.
The place could have used a more thorough clean before our arrival.
The unit is worn seen in the stained/ dirty carpets, bedding, kitchen counters, kitchen cupboards, cutlery and cookware.
The elevators are really slow and the restaurants/cafes at the hotel are not good.
There is not a lot to do around the block besides the beach and pool but it was cold the days we were there.
When we inquired if we could cancel due to the COVID-19 crisis we were told no - but they wouldn't charge us for the cleaning fee...bit no refund. Rather than totally lose all of our money we flew down to the property. First they closed the beach, then the pool, then all bars and restaurants. We were afraid our small airline would stop flying so we left a day early. We don't blame the company for everything closing but asked that they meet us in the middle and just refund the one day that we did not use the property - and the managements reply was "Absolutely NOT".
I would avoid ALL properties managed by this unethical company.
When we arrived the place was filthy.
This was my initial list. It took 3 cleaners 3 hours to get it in better shape.
One of them pointed out to me - of course it doesnât look like the photos - they were taken before it was occupied.
The cleaners have just been here :-
1. Tv unit dirty and dusty
2. Carpet in lounge curling and badly stained and filthy.
3. Table stained , orange dish dirty.
4. Tv stand dusty
5. Sofa dirty. Duvet too dirty to sleep on.
6. Carpet doesnât fit, is frayed and not seccured. Health hazard in bedroom all way to bathroom.
7 door stopper off door found in drawer.
8. Balcony filthy and chairs too dirty to sit on.
9. No plug in bathroom sink.
10 kitchen bin dirty and has Trash in it.
11. Pile of dirty socks in a drawer
12 kitchen surface thick with grease
13. Kitchen cupboards not clean
14 bathroom handles dirty
15 doors dirty and paint chipped
16 so much dust in door frames
17 dirty crockery in the cupboards.
18 inadequate kitchen utensils.
19 yellow stains on the mattress.
20 fridge covered in dried orange juice and other stains
This apt the xx12 line is also by the rubbish chute so you can hear noise at any time of day or night.
There are only 4 elevators for 40 floors so it can take ages to get to your room and you have to queue.
The block is tired; the common areas are dirty and stained. The block takes no responsibility for anyone staying in the residences and BW rentals donât either. They are just taking your money....
I always come to Miami and its my 3rd time that I stay here!
everything is wonderful, since the pool, the room, the kitchen, everything that me and my family need!

Hyde Resort
Great aprtment and resort. Check in and out fast and easy.
The condo and property are lovely. Everything was very clean. Beach service was included with the rental, which is a very nice perk. The only criticism we have is in regard to the towel rack in the bathroom. There is only one, and it was about to come off the wall.
there was a couch in the living room which converts to a bed. Please note that it was very difficult to convert into a bed. Also the bathroom towel rack was loose and could not support a towel. This should have been fixed prior to our stay.
Beach just steps away. Fantastic pools (and pool bar) on 9th floor deck. Apartment like new (because it is). Friendly and competent staff. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
