* Overnight Parking: Available starting at $20 per night, with discounted rates for longer stays: 2 days – $40, 3 days – $45, 4 days – $60, 5 days – $75, 6–7 days – $90, 8–14 days – $125, and 15 days to 1 month – $175. Please note that rates are set by Sian Ocean Residences and are subject to change without notice.

* No Resort Fees: Enjoy full access to amenities without any additional resort charges.

* Optional housekeeping is available for $90 + tax.

· As per City of Hollywood guidelines, this unit accommodates up to (2) adults + (4) children.

· Laundry rooms are conveniently located on the floor. After exiting the elevator, take a left turn; the laundry room is the second door. To use the machines, please purchase a blue laundry card from the front desk. Cost per wash or dry: $2.50.

· A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

· While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if availability allows. A $80 early check-in fee applies and is subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.

· Late check-out is available for $80 for two extra hours, subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your departure.
