Cette copropriété de luxe est située sur le parcours de golf 18 Tee, Kona Country Club. Country Club Villas offre de nombreux équipements sur place. Profitez de cet emplacement calme et pratique où vous pourrez profiter de 3 piscines, 3 bains à remous et 2 courts de tennis sur place.
À distance de marche, vous serez dans l'une des plus belles et des plus célèbres baie de Keauhou. Cette zone de loisirs offre une gamme presque infinie de sports océaniques.

Ce condo de luxe offre non seulement une vue sur le golf et l'océan! Mais une spacieuse salle de bain 2 chambres 2 fournit également la climatisation dans l'unité 227 pour votre confort. Mais avec la brise croisée de la montagne et de l'océan, vous n'aurez probablement pas besoin de l'utiliser. Cette suite élégante et mise à jour est bien équipée avec accès Internet, TV, DVD, cuisine complète et tous les accessoires de la maison. Un lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux offrent de nombreuses possibilités de couchage. Un matelas double de rechange est également disponible, mais veuillez le demander car nous le stockons.

Détendez-vous sur la véranda surdimensionnée et regardez les couchers de soleil. Être sur le 18 Tee est un plaisir aussi à regarder les golfeurs!

La baie «H» est située à quelques minutes seulement pour la baignade et la plongée de nuit. La plongée de nuit de renommée mondiale Kona Manta Ray est à quelques pâtés de maisons en face du Sheraton Hotel Resort!

Big Island get away

We stayed in the condo for 3 weeks. Condo was equipped with almost everything you would need for a stay. The lanai was great to watch the golfers, ocean and the Sunsets were amazing! Living room was comfortable, bed was comfortable as well, but squeaky when sitting on the bed, or tossing and turning. The condo complex was quiet, pool was never busy, and it was nice have a designated parking spot. The condo is central to most tourist attractions, with the volcano and Hilo the furthest away at 2 hours, but certainly worth the drive to both places.

spacious view property

specifically searched for ADA property for wheelchair-dependant brother. This unit has plenty of space to manouver wheelchair, good grab bars for shower and toilet. Shower chair is not adequate.Kitchen is very well equipped. Knives are sharp. Coffee grinder requires use of one of them!Lovely view of sea and golf course. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

Relaxing time

We enjoyed the location and being within walking distance of a shopping center. The view from the lanai was relaxing and a great way to spend the day and evenings. The full kitchen and propane grill outside allowed us to enjoy the view with our meals. Great communication with Lisa both before and during our stay. Clean unit and wonderful experience overall.

Condo review

Loved the condo, great location, overlooking a beautifully manicure golf course with the ocean in the background! The condo was cozy and inviting. The deck was large and peaceful.. I sat out there each morning for a couple of hours having my coffee.

Great unit, great location

Older unit with some nice updates. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear. Location is a short walk to Keauhou shopping centre and easy access to the highway. Lisa was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the condo was great. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view...sunsets were gorgeous! The condo was confortable, clean and had all the conveniences of home. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great and everything about the unit was accurately presented and as we'd hoped. The kitchen is well-equipped, the overall layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older kids, and the water- and sunset-facing lanai was the perfect place to end the day. We continue to like staying in this part of Kona because it is convenient to get to Kailua to the north and to the great snorkeling of Honaunau to the south. A really nice property, and we would totally stay here again.

Paradise

The property was beautiful! They had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The Manager, Lisa, was so very sweet and so helpful. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The sunset was awesome. This is the most beautiful island I have ever seen. The people are so nice too. One young girl gave me a lei. It was close to lots of things.

Great place for families

Love that the condo had a fully stocked kitchen with all the practically needs. The fridge had a good filtered water/ice machine. This is the first time we didnt need to buy water. The unit was perfectly located right next to the pool which was empty half the time. We travel a lot to Kona for family and has stsyed in several Keauhou condos. This has been the best one yet!!!

Beautiful Bug Iskand stay

The condo was comfortable and offered everything for an easy and relaxing stay. It was equipped with anything we might need for sightseeing and beach. The pool is clean and not crowded. Location is perfect IF you rent a car. We were able to get to Hilo and the east side easily. While the condo is older it has been updated with quality appliances and well stocked The lanai is large and offers a gorgeous view especially at sunset. No stairs involved with this condo. Made our stay in kona memorable

Golfers Paradise!

Loved the location with lovely lanai overlooking the 18th hole - at any time of the day we had inspiring view of golfers, greenery, palm trees and gorgeous evening sunsets. On our first day there we could see whales frolicking in the ocean from the lanai - aided by the nice set of binoculars we found in the closet, we were treated to an amazing spectacle! The condo was very clean, modern, well maintained and very comfortable. Pools and tennis courts were accessible and nicely kept. Location is perfect - close to shopping, Kailua-Kona and all kinds of water sports. The unit was easily accessible and well set up for us older folks - which was very appreciated. Mahalo - we want to come back soon!

Location Location Location!

Our family spent a week here in December. Typical for Hawaii townhouses, the 2xx units are street level, but on floor above the ground on the back side. It was nice not dealing with steps for luggage or cooler every day. The owner supplies the unit with starter paper towels and TP, however you do need to shop/supply your own. The view off the large lanai or balcony is adorned with Hawaiian trees on the golf course. The ocean is half a mile from the condo and is the perfect distance / height (170 feet) to appreciate a wide angle of the ocean. It's difficult to leave, you want to stay and relax here! Lisa was available any time we needed her and very pleasant. Aloha!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

This condo was perfect for our trip to Kona with two teenagers. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Keuhou Shopping Center is a five minute walk away and it has a grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, drug store, and more. There's a shuttle from there as well, so you really could manage w/out a rental car if you wanted to. The beach is about a mile walk. If you are a runner, this location is perfect. Alli Drive is a beautiful run. The condo was a perfect size for giving all of us space to move, while still keeping us close enough for family time. It was clean and there were numerous touches that made us feel like we were a welcome guest in someone's home. We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one was the best. There were plenty of towels, a starter supply of dish and laundry detergent, hand soap, kleenex, etc.; so many "little things" that really do enable you to feel at home right away. The pool was nice because it has a view of the water as well, so when my family got tired of the sun, I could still go lay out. We are already planning another trip to Kona next winter and I am crossing my fingers this property is available again because it's perfect!

Comfortable, Convenient, and a View

We stayed for 4 nights here on the Big Island. This place is an older property with updated kitchen and bathroom vanities. Many original decor, such as the popcorn ceiling and older ceiling fans are still there. However, everything is very well kept and cared for. There is a large comfortable sofa in the living room with a big screen TV. A bbq grill on the lanai is also very convenient for grilling. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses. It feels like a real kitchen, not a vacation home kitchen with basics. The rooms and the floor were clean, even the lanai where we ate many meals. In unit washer and dryer also made it easy to do laundry. Full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Dishwasher works well enough. The only thing that didn’t work was few of the lightbulbs were out in both showers and one in the kitchen. The location is 3 minutes to grocery store and few nearby restaurants. You can get to many local beaches in less than 20 minutes, with the closest just 5 minutes away. There is a reserved parking space in front of the unit so it was very convenient. We were there in JAN and we were able to view the sunset over the ocean at dinner time out on the lanai. Yes, it is not ocean front but you can see the ocean at a distance. The condominiums are adjacent to the golf course so the lanai also has a view of the golf course. I would consider staying here again.

Horrible Experience w/ the Broker! Lovely unit.

This was the worst experience with VRBO ever all due to the failure of the broker to get the code to the lock box to us in a timely manner. Three hours after we arrived, we were finally on our way to the condo!! Who does that? I asked for the code the day before arriving and she said to call her when we arrived the next day to get the code. I called 5 TIMES, TEXTED 3 TIMES, and got a text almost 3 hours later. When we weren't able to get a hold of her, I started calling hotels in the area to book a place to stay. We soon realized it was the weekend prior to the Iron Man Triathlon and most places were sold out! We finally found a hotel with only a 2 bedroom suite available which we booked. Within minutes of securing the reservation, the broker finally texted us with the code at 6:16 p.m. She didn't even have the courtesy to call. She said she was at the condo from 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. waiting for us. Really? Why? We didn't arrive until 3:38 p.m. and it took us an hour from the airport with all the road construction delays. We did not have an appointment to meet her. Why didn't you just text us the code earlier or return my repeated phone calls?? We were very upset to have to start our vacation this way. The broker offered to leave us $50 the next day "to buy some pupus". Gee...thanks! Despite all this, we left the condo very clean as we respect other people's property. Even with the steep cleaning fee, we started the dishwasher, put a load of towels were in the dryer, and the trash was out. Since the broker manages this property, we will NEVER stay here again or use her services. I hope this review finally gets posted. I had to edit it twice because I used the name of the broker and mentioned the cleaning fee! It's good to know! Christine
