This is a lovely condo/townhome complex south of Kona proper with beautiful gardens and within walking distance of a beach and a shopping center where you can buy groceries and eat at several restaurants. The wrap around porch was lovely for having coffee in the morning and there is a kitchen where we prepared many of our meals. There is also a large pool on the property. We stayed in a two bedroom unit with a sofa bed and there are also three bedroom units available.The complex is a five minute drive from the bay where many people do night snorkeling with manta rays.All in all this is a good choice for a condo complex in the Kona area.

Great location, fun for families!

We had a great stay and loved the tennis courts and pool to play in after a, easy at the beach! It was a beautiful place to stay and we'd definitely come back! Thank you!

Great place

The ownership was helpful and friendly. The condo was clean and had many items already there for us to use. Also, close to food and shopping. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Check-in and was smooth and contactless. Place was clean and had everything we needed to make meals and entertain our family. Enclosed lanai was great bonus! Pool and surrounding amenities were perfect for the younger and older kids. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The unit supplied us with lots of beach accessories, which really came in handy. We spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. The lanai as well as the unit adequately accommodated our family of eight. We would definitely book here again.

Great condo!

Very nice... loved the fact that it has 2 ensuites with the 2 bedrooms! The screened in porch was great for mornings and evenings! As a note, the screened in porch screen door out to grass area doesn't lock properly. We really enjoyed the property!

Amazing Unit

It was more than we imagined and was such a calm and relaxing facility to be at. The amenities were top notch. We had one minor problem that was immediately fixed. Absolutely no complaints!

The unit exceeded our expectations! It was clean and inviting. Easy check in and access with codes only. Every gadget and convenience we needed was there. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch! Quick walk to the beach. All we wanted!

Being away from the crowds (but close -- really, walking distance -- to a beach and shopping center with restaurants) was important to us and this location was perfect. Wonderful condo in Paradise!

This rental property lives up to it’s description. It’s located in a lovely resort with a pool and tennis courts. The condo is very private with a large outdoor screened in area, with comfy outdoor furniture and dining set. The unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and showers were very nice. The condo is close to the grocery store and a ten minute drive to downtown Kona. We would highly recommend this condo.

Reviewer Comments: Outside of the geico's, flying roaches and they wanted more money for AC as if we didn't pay enough already, the stay was great and very relaxing! Plenty of things to keep you occupied, swimming beach/pool, tennis, BBQ, scuba,snorkeling and much more. Any issues, they get them resolved quick.

It's not in walking distance to shopping/dining but you can walk to the ocean and the grounds are beautiful. I loved that there's an ocean view from the pool. The condo is clean and the furniture/bed's were comfortable.
