Lovely Condo

We enjoyed having this comfortable and clean condo as our home base during our big island adventure! It was well stocked and we loved the lanai! The pools were fantastic and two had views of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, well appointment condo, great location

The condo was perfect- the views are beautiful and the unit had everything we needed. It was spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed eating outside at night and enjoyed our coffee in the AM. The location is great as you can get north/south easily but it’s quiet in the development. Would definitely recommend!

Great view property

Well equipped unit on a golf course overlooking the ocean. The lanai was huge , complete with a great BBQ and many seating choices. The only slight drawback was the walking path inches away from the lanai, so people walking by and talking was a bit of a distraction.

Really recommend just a few things to tidy up

Fantastic place and loved the view, the pool and hot tub and the location on the golf course. Sea view and sunsets were spectacular. Gave 4 rather than 5 stars just because we paid top dollar as it was over the IRONMAN and there are a few things to tidy up like the blinds having missing slates and so the room never got dark, we had a few days without hot water because of a power cut. Would really recommend booking and would definitely comes back here again.

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view is fabulous and the location is wonderful. The house was clean and the property manager did a great job of taking care of our concerns. Only thing to be aware of is the air conditioning is in the bedrooms only. The units work OK, but don't expect air in the whole condo.

This property was so well equipped. The kitchen had more than I expected for small appliances. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The Property Manager was accommodating with all of our requests and was so prompt in responding to any request we made to her. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

This rental was perfect.... My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in March, and unfortunately never got around to leaving a review thanks to all the covid chaos. Location was great! Grocery store and pharmacy are both super close. The unit came with reserved parking that is very close to the apartment which made it great for unloading the car after the beach or store. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is cute, nicely upgraded and decorated. Kitchen has ample counter space, pots/pans/dishes are basic. Plenty of beach towels. There is traffic noise during the day, quiet at night. Good ventilation. Nice view of grounds and ocean. Short walk to grocery store and Keauhou Bay. Would stay here again.

Great location needs maintenance

Unit is ideally located for snorkeling on your own or with tours. The front door is a nightmare to open and is unable to open all the way. No handle on oven and in general the unit needs maintenance. Very quiet location and the pool is nice and the whole complex is very clean. Tennis courts and pool are super close.

Great family holiday spot

Country Club Villas is a perfect location for exploring the West coast of the Big Island, close to Ali'i drive shops and restaurants as well as all beaches. Our condo was perfect! For a family of four adults we had plenty of space to hang out. Everything we needed was here and even items we didn’t know we needed! What a great way to start our holiday. I can't say enough about the management company. Extremely helpful, responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything. We have enjoyed our stay immensely!

We loved everything about this condo and would definitely stay again. Comfortable beds! Great towels. Updated and beautifully decorated, fully stocked and just as advertised. Abby at C.J.Kimberly Real Estate was really wonderful to communicate with and took good care of us all the way through. Parking space right by unit. Beach stuff. BBQ and coolers. Baby items. The patio sun screens need to be replaced. They are worn and torn up. There was no toilet paper or wash clothes in spare bathroom. There was no laundry detergent or dishwasher soap.

Condo from hell!!!

This property should not be rented out. It has termite poop everywhere!!! This is on the 1st floor and the bedroom doesn't even have good blinds that cover the whole sliding door! No privacy! They don't even have the decency to install good privacy blinds! The sink was not even clean when we signed in! The condo was probably 85 degrees when we got there. It took 3-4 hours for it to become acceptable! The shower was not cleaned! This is a condo from hell! Ruined what was supposed to be a dream vacation. We flew 12 hours to stay at this piece of CRAP!!! VRBO needs to delist this property.
