Ce premier étage ensoleillé, spacieux, une chambre à coucher, location de deux salles de bain situé dans Deer Park Resort peut accueillir confortablement cinq personnes. Le condominium est situé au niveau de l'entrée d'un bâtiment de style hôtelier, entre la rivière Pemigewassett et le lac doté d'une plage de sable. Entrez pour trouver le salon spacieux équipé d'un canapé-lit queen-size confortable avec un nouveau matelas, d'une télévision à écran plat, de la climatisation, d'une table à manger pour six personnes et de deux grands miroirs qui complètent l'espace. La cuisine ouverte et complète est adjacente au salon. Depuis le salon, détendez-vous sur le confortable patio avec vue sur le bras est de la rivière. La chambre peut accueillir un lit queen, un lit jumeau et une salle de bain complète. La deuxième salle de bain complète est proche de l'entrée.

Des laveries à pièces sont disponibles au niveau inférieur du bâtiment en copropriété.

L'unité est très proche du Deer Park Club House où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi, du club de fitness, des terrains de racquetball, de la table de ping-pong, d'un charmant salon avec une cheminée avec divers plage. En été, des courts de tennis sont disponibles dans tout le complexe.

La piscine et le club de remise en forme peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison d'une maintenance mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

Was good overall

Loved the property had a problem with lock box and key definitely sould have better instructions on how to open but def had good communication and they went above and beyond to take care of issue. Only problem I had with the rental was needed to updated furniture and the TVs were dated sould have smart TVs Roku etc.

Comfortable

It was wonderful to come back to a resort where we used to own years ago. Deer Park is a treasure. The unit was clean, very comfy living room and the queen bed was just ok. Some decor was outdated but in good conditon. Kitchen supplies were good. The beauty of this place is definitely the outdoors and a short walk to both Lincoln and N Woodstock. We would love to return some day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed in the property-window was broken and cold air was coming through, white rug was stained, dirty and limited linens available. Shower barely had water pressure no matter how much I tried to fix the nozzle.

Very nice unit with a few problems

1) A/C inadaquit. 2) Crant-out windows did not work. 3( Bedroom overhead fan was not working properly. 4) Portable fan had a broken stand and had to lean it against the wall.

Deer Park Unit 53

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented Unit 53 as a unit that slept 5. A queen bed and twin bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.There was no sofa bed. There was no sofa bed in the living room as it had been replaced with a sectional. It would have been nice to be informed of this change. Very unprofessional of the rental co.Several items in the unit were broken or damaged. The towel rack in one bathroom was hanging on by loose screws out of the plaster. The handle on the recliner was broken. A handle on a drawer in the bathroom was missing. And the light colored rug was dirty.I loved Deer Park. But this unit was not the best. The adult using a C-Pap ended up sleeping in a friends unit on their sofa bed. Not the best vacation for either unit.

Way too overpriced. Check in took half hour. Prior Renters before didn’t return key and deer park reps had to find. Email with code for lock box (which keys weren’t in anyway) came only 1 hour prior and let’s not forget it’s New Hampshire. Cell service is intermittent. We didn’t receive check in email until after we were on WiFi

Very pleasant complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The housekeeping staff did their best to prepare for our arrival - the unit was very clean and "guest ready". However the carpeting was badly stained in several areas reducing the unit's overall appeal. It should have been replaced as the stains appeared to have been there for some time. Also, the only outlet in the ensuite bath did not work. However the location of this complex is wonderful, very quiet and spacious yet very close to downtown Lincoln.

This one bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms was conveniently located within Deer Park and was a quiet retreat for the older members of our party. The instructions to enter and leave the unit were well explained. It had a full kitchen and was very clean. The unit was exactly what we needed.

And Deer Park is convenient to both WMNF and Franconia Notch, Lincoln and North Woodstock, and the interstate. The unit was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Good Location / Needs Updating

The condo is in a good location in the community. The size was good and the bed was comfortable. The majority of the condo needs updating. The couch cushions are crushed. The outlet in the master bathroom doesn't work at all. The unit wasn't cleaned very well. We found 3 very, very dirty pots/pans. 1 pot was in a cabinet and 2 pans were in the oven and the oven had overflow of yuck from one of the pans. The kitchen supplied need to be refreshed as there were many items that are needed.

The unit and location was perfect for us.

The unit and location was perfect for us - Me, my husband, and college age son. The overall grounds themselves would have been even more appropriate for our family 10 or 15 years ago with 2 young boys and lots of things to do! We should have done this long ago! In any event, we had a great time on our New Hampshire get-away.

Nice area, Decent Apartment

We picked this place on a last minute decision to stay in the area an additional 2 days. The complex is nice with river and lake access. The apartment was OK given the low rental price. The listing says the patio has a view toward the river which might have be taken to mean you could actually see the river. The furnishings are cheap and well worn. But, again, OK given the rental price.

A wonderful week

Wonderful area to spend a week the resort had all that we needed to enjoy swimming both pool and lake kids rode their bikes safely and grounds spotless and well laid out this condo location is perfect close to lake and pool and river.Also the location of resort was close to a huge water park and railroad station that my grandson loved. The unit was clean and ready when we got there our only struggle was the couch being a bed at nite mattress and frame are very hard . The loon reservation team was always at the other end of the phone for any questions or concern after three bites on couch I did rent another unit again perfect and able to sleep on a bed. Due to my daughters physical issues she needed the bed and I had chosen the couch her son had twin bed and my teenage granddaughter had a blow up mattress which for great in the condo. Thanks to all!! We will be back!
