This stunning, pet-friendly, oceanfront home was thoughtfully designed with families and friends in mind. Gather around our custom-built 10-foot dining table that comfortably seats 10 and island seating for 4 more — ideal for shared meals, laughter, and making memories.

With two spacious sitting rooms, each equipped with Smart TV/Roku players, and four beautifully appointed bedrooms (most with a private bath), also with Smart TV/Roku players, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. Over 35 windows throughout the home showcase breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, filling the space with light and coastal beauty.

We are proud to be one of the few homes on Holden Beach offering an elevator for easy access to every floor, plus a large accessible bathroom with a wheelchair accessible shower — ensuring all guests can enjoy their stay with ease.

You’ll fall in love with the simple pleasure of rocking in the chairs on the back deck and soaking in the panoramic ocean views that have made Holden Beach one of the East Coast’s most beloved family destinations.

Our home is stocked to help you forget the busyness of everyday life and embrace carefree beach living. Enjoy a library of books for leisurely vacation reading, and find boogie boards, beach cruiser bicycles and sand toys ready for the kids and adults alike! After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and unwind in the shaded picnic area under the home.
