Welcome to Carolina Views! Sleeps 10 in 4bed, 3.5bath elevated beach house with inground pool (heat available). Unbelievable views of the ICW, marsh and ocean in all directions. Several outdoor spaces in front and back and under the house to relax, kick back and unwind.

Inverted floor plan (bedrooms on first floor, living space on second level), cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining spaces make it feel open and bright.

Recently updated … tasteful beachy decor with comfy furniture, beds …. designed with our guests' comfort and convenience in mind.

Several outdoor spaces and entertainment features …. inground POOL (heat available), three decks front and back, plentiful seating, picnic tables, ping-pong, yard jenga, cornhole/bag toss, tic tac toe, outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Everything your family needs for a fun-filled special vacation.

Under the house entertainment and seating space … enjoy the breezes and GET OUTSIDE …even in not-so-ideal weather.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics and well-equipped with many small appliances and cooking tools such as microwave, waffle iron, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and a variety of cookware. There are also BOTH a Keurig and a drip coffee maker with a variety of coffees, teas, sweeteners and creamers.

Carolina Views is designed to cater to families and provides a variety of books and games (both indoors and out), sand toys, booster seat, high chair, pack n play, etc. Leave all these things at HOME!

Where you'll sleep …. Easily accommodating up to 10 guests ….. a KING room with a private bath and direct access to the back deck ….. a QUEEN room with a vaulted ceiling and a newly-renovated private bath ….. another QUEEN room that shares a Jack N Jill bath with the BUNK room, creating an ideal space for a family. There is also a separate sitting/entertainment space with a pullout couch, allowing plenty of room for your group.

Beach toys, chairs, umbrella are available for your convenience … and a buggy to help carry it all to the beach is included! It's just a quick three-minute walk to the sand, accessible by two different access points.

**Outdoor security cameras directed toward the front and driveway areas are in place to provide added security and peace of mind.

Great house and location across the road from the ocean. Heated pool was a big plus as the temps were cooler than normal. Beautiful views of the marsh and intercoastal waterway from the very large kitchem window. The owner , Elizabeth, was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Views! We have stayed at several rental properties on Holden Beach and this was one of the best! The house was beautiful. The outside seating area was very comfortable and well done. We had the pool heated and it was lovely. The attention to detail and the extra amenities that were provided was very much appreciated. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing Marsh Views!!!

The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated not having to bring our beach set-ups as chairs, a cart, and toys are provided. The outside areas and pool are great for hanging out. Also, plenty of seating everywhere inside and out! The layout is great for friends or a family with kids. The best part are the most amazing views from the 3rd floor! We enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us.

Holden Beach

We enjoyed staying at the Carolina Views home in Holden Beach. The home had breathtaking views of the marsh and was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked yet a short distance to a coffee shop and grocery store if need be. We had a minor issue with a fan when I checked in and the homeowner was responsive immediately and resolved our issue. The amount of space for my family of 6 was perfect. The beach was a quick stroll across the street and the private pool was an added perk after staying at the beach all day. I would highly recommend staying at this home for a relaxing vacation with family. Thank you, Elizabeth!

April Beach Trip

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Carolina Views. The home was perfect, from the set up of the rooms,to the outdoor space and the pool! This home has everything you will need. Elizabeth was a great host, she touched base with us before check-in with instructions and a Welcome Guide,to suggestions for restaurants in the area. This was our first trip to the Holden Beach area and hopefully not our last! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Had a shell of a time!

Loved this property. Elizabeth made sure we had everything we needed for our 2 month old. A high chair and pack and play. The views were amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Location was perfect. Just far enough away from the causeway and so close to the beach. 2 beach access but we used the private one mostly. Spent the afternoons at the pool and grilling out back. The rooms were gorgeous and the over all lay out was so cozy. Again the communication with Elizabeth was top notch and I loved every minute of our week vacation!!

Great Views!

The kitchen and carport views were our favorite. We loved walking and biking along the sidewalk. It was nice that there are no hotels or big commercial buildings. The beach area faces south into the ocean. You can walk in one direction to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. The kids loved playing in the carport area and sitting at the dining table watching the big screen television.

Amazing rental!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have stayed in a lot of rentals, but this one really checked every box. Loved the location that was a little farther down Holden Beach, just keep in mind that shops/restaurants will not be within walking distance. Being across the street from the beach and right in front of the marsh was exceptional. The home had lots of space but was cozy at the same time. The pool was great and so glad we paid extra to have it heated - well worth it! Lots of games for outside and inside too. We had absolutely no issues and love this home. We will definitely be back!!

Second row heaven

We loved our stay! The house was perfect. It was clean, modern and spacious. The pool (which we choose to have heated) was amazing. I for sure recommend having it heated! The walk to the beach was not bad at all (we had a 5 year old, 2 year old and 2 18 month olds) and managed it just fine. The host are awesome and very responsive and accommodating. Did I mention the marsh views??? They were incredible and peaceful!

Relaxing Family Getaway

From the moment that we saw the house, we knew we were going to have a great week. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and Elizabeth was a helpful and very responsive host. From the "Welcome Letter" to the letting us know the minute that the house was available for us to check in to having a coffee maker shipped right to our door first thing in the morning, she really cared about making sure that everything was perfect for us. Highlights for us included the pool, the easy proximity to the beach, the views of the marsh from the back deck, the large dining table for family games, the well stocked kitchen and the comfortable rooms. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, from coffee to pots and pans to condiments and spices, and even containers to store leftovers. The pool was comfortable with nice floats to lay on and at least part of the pool area had sun all day long. We are so happy that we chose "Carolina Views" for our vacation.

Perfect getaway to close out Summer

Our families had a wonderful stay at Carolina Views over Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful, updated, very clean and provided all the extra comforts and touches making our stay the perfect getaway. The house gets its name honestly because the views are amazing! Some of our favorite moments started and ended with those incredible views. The back opens up to sunsets and marsh views, while the front glistens ocean views and sunrises. Our host Elizabeth was attentive and helpful from the start providing recommendations and suggestions along with checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful family vacation at Carolina Views!

Elizabeth and her family have done a wonderful job updating and decorating this fabulous beach house. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids and could have easily been comfortable with a few more people. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the bunk room for the kids. My little ones had fun playing with the toys! The views were even better than I expected and the house was very conveniently located with a short, easy walk to the beach. The biggest highlight of the home is the brand new pool… it was perfect and the kids had so much fun swimming every day! Elizabeth was great to work with and always answered my questions right away both before and during the trip. We had a fantastic week at Holden Beach and plan to come back!

The house was light, bright, comfortable and fun!!! The views of deer, birds and fishermen in the marsh was stunning! The availability on games under deck was terrific plus a grille!! Just so happened Food Lion has a sale on rib eye and Holden Fish market had some beautiful scallops!!! Nice surf & turf!! The house was clean and full of windows which was great because it was cool inside but you felt outside! A plus- A POOL IS BEING ADDED! Missed it by one year. For us over 60, we are hoping for an elevator

Beautiful home

My book club enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend in your beautifully decorated home. We are all women of a certain age (70+) and appreciated the calming tasteful beach decor and the availability of every convenience in the kitchen. You are a wonderful host and have anticipated every need that your guests might have, from games, puzzles, toiletries, paper products, and hair dryers to outdoor games and comfortable seating in the breezy area under the house. We were able to use the heated pool, even in October, and the beach is just short walk across the street. The marsh views along the back of the house are incredible. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us...when I woke up at home this morning, I wished I were still there!

Best week ever

Our first family vacation since the kids have grown up and now have kids of their own! The house was very spacious so everyone could spread out. The grandkids loved the bunk room with a tv to play their Switch on. Private beach access was really close to walk to so we went to the beach every day and then topped the afternoon off at the pool. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was large enough that everyone could help prepare. Loved the views from the decks. Watched a storm come in over the marsh while sitting on the back deck. Herons by the dozens and even deer in the marsh. We didn’t want to leave!

Our Stay was Fantastic.

The AC went out on the main floor on our second day there, because of a storm. The owners went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable, since it was on a Sunday and the part that was needed couldn’t be purchased until Monday morning,. The owners went and purchased small mobile AC units to try to keep us comfortable. Then at 9am on Monday the AC guys were there and had us up and going quickly. We enjoyed the week and will definitely be back. The customer service we were shown was well above and beyond what we expected. Can’t wait to book our next trip to this fabulous property.

Views for Days!

What can I say but WOW! What a gorgeous home with even more gorgeous views! I loved cooking dinner in the spacious (and exceptionally well equipped) kitchen while watching the sunset over the marsh. The beach itself is just a few steps away with private beach access and miles of expansive beach with fantastic shelling. While this home is a great jumping off point for day trips to neighboring islands, our favorite time was enjoying the ocean right there in Holden. I chose this home for a girls’ weekend and the layout was perfect, especially with each spacious bedroom having en suite bathrooms, making it perfect for friends, couples, or a large family. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this one stands out for its cleanliness, space, amenities, gracious host, and amazing VIEWS! I don’t do many repeat trips, but I can say with certainty I will be back!

Beautiful updated home with spectacular views

This home has the ahhh factor. Everything was clean and we lacked for nothing. The toys and corn hole and ping pong under the house were a great addition. We watched a storm coming in on the back deck over the marsh. Nature’s fireworks. The sunsets were beautiful. The views from the kitchen sink window had us arguing over who was doing cleanup. The owner touched base several times. I cannot say enough good things about this home. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room and comfortable furniture and beds. Elizabeth was great to work with and went above and beyond.

Carolina Views a little slice of heaven on earth.

We are teachers on Spring Break and this was the perfect getaway! Our host delivered a spotless and homey destination. We played games, assembled puzzles, read books, and drank tons of coffee! Even though it was chilly we didn’t feel deprived because of the gorgeous scenery. Every window has some view of the ocean or marsh. There were many spaces to join together or get away and read. Beach chairs were provided and we loved sitting on the beach watching the dolphins swim. We collected shells and even were visited by a hawk on the deck. The new pool is gorgeous and the outdoor sitting area is a perfect break from the hot sun! Our host had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our trip comfortable and memorable!

Highly recommend for family getaway

The memories made in this house will last a lifetime. Our highlights include the breathtaking views, relaxing in the pool, playing giant jenga, walking on the beach, morning coffee on the deck watching and hearing the ocean sounds. The owner was extremely kind and available making sure all our needs were met. Having pantry items available was a huge bonus as we cooked in most nights. We loved the charcoal grill! The kitchen views made meal prep and cleanup dreamy. The large dining table transformed from dining to a game/card table for us each night as the house is stocked with games! We are avid book readers and loved the book selections available on decorative shelves. The house is light and airy, extremely comfortable, and the beds were a nice retreat after a busy day. Our teens loved the bunk room with quick access to the pool. The large tv in the main living area was great for watching a family movie. The beach offered beautiful shells, a wide depth for walking, and soft sand. We all agree this was the perfect getaway!

We chose Holden Beach because of its low-key, laid-back, not overly-commercialized community. Everything you need is right on or near the island. The beaches are beautiful and the water is nice! Also, we love all of the views at Holden.
