Relaxing

We loved everything about this house! The hosts have truly thought of everything a guest could possibly need. From the pool, ping pong table, and cornhole to the abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids, they have it all! The beach is just a short walk away through a convenient public access. The island itself has such a charming, laid-back feel. It reminds me of a sleepy little beach town, which is exactly what we loved about it. It's not your typical busy, touristy beach destination, and that's part of its charm. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. We would absolutely stay here again!

Carolina Views was the perfect place for a week at the beach with my family during fall break. The house instantly felt like a home for the week instead of merely a "place to stay". There were cozy throws on the couch, toys for the little ones, and plenty of room to roam around. The house is perfectly stocked for a week at the beach. New beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, and pool floats. The pool was a perfect temperature for a week in October! The house sits right in front of marsh with stunning views of both marshland and the ocean. The beach is just a short walk. The kitchen was so well equipped for cooking, that we only ate one meal out. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our time at Carolina Views and cannot wait to return next year.

Best Views and Best Cottage!

Amazing cottage! Stunning views with gorgeous sunsets to watch each night from the deck! Great open floor plan allows for a sound or ocean view from the dining table! Elizabeth was great to communicate with, and she has taken great care to set up this cottage to welcome renters. Things I loved: Beach towels,chairs, floats etc all in great condition Kitchen knives in great condition, great water pressure, comfortable seating for movie watching at night, very comfy beds, blankets in each room, great under-deck area to get out of the sun and hang out, great seating at the pool, very clean and well taken care of! Quick beach access. We loved this place!

WONDERFUL!!

The house is well equipped with all you really need. Just show up and relax/play! This host does a good job all the way around. Good location. Beautiful marsh views from the expansive windows on rear of the home upstairs level. Sunsets are spectacular each day. You will. It be disappointed!

Great Family Vacay!

The setting of this well equipped, comfortable home is truely beautiful. We all (adults & tots) loved this home. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our first stay on Holden Beach, and we truly enjoyed every minute! Elizabeth shared information about the island, including beach access, restaurants, and family activities, all very helpful to us as first timers. The house is better than pictured, exceptionally clean and well stocked, and full of activities for the kids. Our vacation was simply wonderful! We will definitely return.

This was a last minute getaway and from the beginning to end it was highly enjoyable! Elizabeth was a wonderful host in all the ways! The home is exactly like the photos and the views was superior to any view I have seen before. We can not wait to stay there again!

Amazing Views!

Great house with good space and amazing sunset views from the large back porch! We loved the well stocked kitchen with the big windows overlooking the marsh, and the new heated pool was wonderful! Lots of special touches and attention by our host, Elizabeth. We highly recommend Carolina Views!

Wonderful Beach Home

Everything you could want for a Holden Beach vacation! This home is beautifully decorated and has absolutely stunning views of the marsh from the kitchen and living room. They have many outdoor living spaces to enjoy and of course the pool. The bedrooms are all comfortable and well appointed. The home was spotless and the owners are very responsive and have a great attention for detail. We will come back for sure!

Great house and location across the road from the ocean. Heated pool was a big plus as the temps were cooler than normal. Beautiful views of the marsh and intercoastal waterway from the very large kitchem window. The owner , Elizabeth, was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Views! We have stayed at several rental properties on Holden Beach and this was one of the best! The house was beautiful. The outside seating area was very comfortable and well done. We had the pool heated and it was lovely. The attention to detail and the extra amenities that were provided was very much appreciated. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing Marsh Views!!!

The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated not having to bring our beach set-ups as chairs, a cart, and toys are provided. The outside areas and pool are great for hanging out. Also, plenty of seating everywhere inside and out! The layout is great for friends or a family with kids. The best part are the most amazing views from the 3rd floor! We enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us.

April Beach Trip

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Carolina Views. The home was perfect, from the set up of the rooms,to the outdoor space and the pool! This home has everything you will need. Elizabeth was a great host, she touched base with us before check-in with instructions and a Welcome Guide,to suggestions for restaurants in the area. This was our first trip to the Holden Beach area and hopefully not our last! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Great Views!

The kitchen and carport views were our favorite. We loved walking and biking along the sidewalk. It was nice that there are no hotels or big commercial buildings. The beach area faces south into the ocean. You can walk in one direction to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. The kids loved playing in the carport area and sitting at the dining table watching the big screen television.

Second row heaven

We loved our stay! The house was perfect. It was clean, modern and spacious. The pool (which we choose to have heated) was amazing. I for sure recommend having it heated! The walk to the beach was not bad at all (we had a 5 year old, 2 year old and 2 18 month olds) and managed it just fine. The host are awesome and very responsive and accommodating. Did I mention the marsh views??? They were incredible and peaceful!

Amazing rental!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have stayed in a lot of rentals, but this one really checked every box. Loved the location that was a little farther down Holden Beach, just keep in mind that shops/restaurants will not be within walking distance. Being across the street from the beach and right in front of the marsh was exceptional. The home had lots of space but was cozy at the same time. The pool was great and so glad we paid extra to have it heated - well worth it! Lots of games for outside and inside too. We had absolutely no issues and love this home. We will definitely be back!!
