The Wave is directly on the beach with a pool and professional decorated. For the 2025 season brand new kitchen and bathrooms. This modern beach paradise brings it all home at Holden Beach with its own private heated pool surrounded by palm trees and sun giving you your own private oasis. Take a quick dip any time you please in either the ocean or in the swimming pool. Whatever you choose, it will be exactly what you need to escape the world of all its worries.

Professionally decorated, The Wave has four separate bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The screened-in porch oceanside offers a great view of the ocean and a perfect place to sit and have your meals or read a book while enjoying the ocean breeze. This Holden Beach seaside sanctuary has an inverted floor plan which will allow you to be surrounded by the ocean, intracoastal and marsh's breathtaking views. The large family room offers a 55-inch smart flat screen TV complete with Roku and Hulu. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TV's and Roku. Wifi throughout the house included.

The views from every room of this home are stunning. Quiet part of Holden making the beach feel private at times. The homeowner has thought of every comfort from the seating and the bedding right down to the soaps in the bathroom. I cannot wait to stay again!

This home is gorgeous and the perfect place for a beach vacation. It was spotless when we arrived and we were greeted with lovely flowers and a check-in note on VRBO from our host Jenni who wanted to be sure all was well. The view is stunning and the beach is just a few steps out the door. The pool was warm, so enjoyable for the cool late afternoons. The beds are very comfortable and it’s so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. I 100% recommend this home and we hope to be back soon!

Great family trip - everything worked well, no real issues. Jenni was helpful and communication/response times were perfect when I did reach out. The weather was lovely and I think everyone loved having the doors and windows open in the early mornings and evenings to hear the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental.... All the tools we needed. We even brought some things from home that went unused.

Our host was amazing and was easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful Winter mini break. The views are breathtaking and the entire home is immaculate and just says relax and enjoy the moment you walk in! We were even able to use the heated pool during our stay! Stunning! The beach and views of the beach were exactly what we needed. The house was great with all sleeping quarters on the first floor and then the whole top level was the spacious living space. The screened in patio was lovely for morning coffee. The most relaxing Christmas break with family! Our host, Jenni, was always available if we needed anything and very friendly and accommodating!

We had the best week! The house truly is stunning, right on the beach, and stocked with everything you could need. We made an entire Thanksgiving dinner for a family of six - with room to comfortably sit around the table together. We love Holden and couldn’t be happier with our experience - we will totally be back again! Host was so gracious and responsive, and house was extremely clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The beach views are amazing, and we were impressed by how spotless everything was. We’re very picky about cleanliness, and this house was exceptionally clean — every surface and piece of furniture looked like it belonged in a model home. Grocery stores and restaurants are just minutes away, and the beach was peaceful and uncrowded during our visit. We’ll definitely be back! This host clearly knows how to create a clean, welcoming getaway.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay. Oceanfront was great! Kids played in the ocean and on the beach, then came up to the house and enjoyed the heated pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower and the gas grill.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the house! We especially loved having all of the bedrooms on the same floor and each room having its own bathroom was an added bonus! The pool was wonderful as well.

A week our family needed to unwind and relax! The home was lovely and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. The screened porch, like many have said, was our favorite place to have coffee, a simple lunch, and occasional takeout for dinner. Access to the beach was easy and the pool was great! Beautiful oceanfront home. Full of amenities. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching the ocean, swimming in the pool and being only steps away from the ocean.
