From the moment you arrive, The Balinese sets the tone for a carefree coastal escape. The ground level features parking for four cars, a finished patio with an outdoor TV, 2 picnic tables, yard games, boogie boards & other beach gear, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand. An elevator services all levels of the home, making it easy to move between floors, whether you're hauling groceries, luggage, or your latest finds from an afternoon of shopping the local galleries and antique stores.

Inside, the main level welcomes you with an open living space filled with natural light from a wall of windows and plenty of comfy seating for movie nights or morning coffee chats. The spacious kitchen offers tons of counter space, a large island with a beverage fridge, and breakfast bar seating for six. Just beyond, the dining area seats eight comfortably, creating a great space for shared meals after a day at the beach. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and access to a partially covered deck with a private hot tub—ideal for relaxing under the stars.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom and plenty of space to retreat and recharge. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, private deck access, a cozy sitting area, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. A second king bedroom also offers deck access and a beautifully updated en suite bath. PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
