Notre maison d'hôtes a été construite pour rendre visite à des amis et à la famille.

Nous sommes situés dans une communauté résidentielle très calme, niché dans un petit cul de sac avec le
Le meilleur des complexes, des terrains de golf, des plages et des restaurants de Maui dans toutes les directions.

Vous aurez un accès facile à Lahaina et Kaanapali au nord ou à Wailea et Makena au sud.

La plage la plus proche du chalet est à environ un quart de mille.

Notre chalet bénéficie d'une vue sur la montagne et des alizés frais. Cet espace de vie conçu par l'architecte comprend des plafonds cathédrale de 20 pieds, un plan d'étage ouvert unique avec une cuisine contemporaine et une grande chambre principale avec un jacuzzi en suite.

La cuisine a tous les armoires en bois dur et tous les nouveaux appareils, avec une cuisinière, un four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur pour machine à glaçons, un grille-pain, un mélangeur, une cafetière, un pichet à eau Brita et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, pour préparer votre dîner gastronomique à Accueil Nuits Une brise.

La chambre principale a un lit en mousse de style pédicure Tempur super confortable avec des draps en coton 100% à haute densité et des couvre-lits design. La chambre a son propre mini-centre de divertissement avec un téléviseur HD LED 32 pouces mural et un lecteur de disque Blu Ray avec une collection de titres de films pour votre plaisir et le streaming Netflix. Pour la musique, il y a une station d'accueil pour iPod avec radio FM.

La salle de bain principale est juste à côté de la chambre et dispose d'un puits de lumière pour la lumière du jour naturelle et un éclairage romantique doux pour le plaisir de la nuit, le bain à remous d'angle avec ses carreaux de céramique blancs propres, ses serviettes et ses bougies rouges donne l'impression que la Saint-Valentin est chaque jour.

Si vous avez eu une dure journée à jouer à Maui, alors sautez dans la douche en brique de verre construite sur mesure avec ses trois pommes de douche et laissez-vous détendre, apaiser ou vous rafraîchir.

Profitez de vos nuits au gazebo du jardin avec son bain bouillonnant.

Faites des grillades sur votre barbecue à gaz, puis asseyez-vous à l'extérieur en profitant de la salle à manger paisible.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à aller à la plage, prenez un équipement de plongée ou quelques serviettes et chaises de plage. Nous avons beaucoup de matériel à emporter. Allez-y et profitez de votre journée au soleil.

Cet endroit est parfait! Nous avons adoré l'emplacement dans un quartier calme près de Kihei Road, près de l'épicerie, près de la plage et du parc. L'arrière-cour est magnifique - belle herbe, bain à remous, barbecue. La maison d'hôtes est super - le lit est super confortable avec un coussin moelleux, une cuisine complète avec des casseroles, des poêles et des plats en excellent état, un bain à remous dans la salle de bain, une station d'accueil pour iPod. Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur la perfection de la perfection. Nous espérons revenir à Maui un jour et nous reviendrons à coup sûr ici. Nous l'avons déjà recommandé à des amis !! Merci les gars!

Great little place!

This place was in a good location in Kihei. You are within 5 mins of dozen of beaches. All the beach gear a person needs is provided(towels, chairs, snorkels, flippers, coolers and more)! Jon is super friendly and a great host!

Surpassed all expectations!

The property was clean, well maintained, and in a sweet, quiet neighborhood-a perfect home base for lots of day trips around Maui with tons of toys for beach-going. We hope to visit again! And a beautiful backyard and amenities!

Great cottage

It was a beautiful clean and quiet place that was a great location for our trip to Maui. I saved over $600 staying here rather than a hotel and got more out of it. The owner was very resourceful in giving me information of places to go and eat as well as the best beaches. I truly enjoyed my stay and WHEN I go back I will surly look for this particular cottage.

Quiet neighborhood setting. Nice backyard for relaxing. Well equipped with beach accessories including snorkel gear. Large whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Be prepared for carrying luggage to second floor.

Great accommodations, location, and everything you need for Maui

Absolutely enjoyed everything about the cottage. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a great location for beaches, restaurants, and anything you want to do in Maui. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear available for use while on the island. Everything you want or need for picnics, snorkeling, or just hanging out on the beach. Jonathan was very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed. The photos and descriptions of the property are very accurate. Highly recommend.

Quiet hideaway walking or biking distance to everything with the feel of being at home

This place is a quiet bungalow in a residential area. It is an 1/8th of a mile from beach. There is a Jacuzzi, Bikes (with locks), Surf boards, beach equipment (snorkels, fins, and chairs), BBQ (with all the utensils), and many other amenities in the back yard. The unit has a full kitchen with Jacuzzi Bath tub. Owner is super nice. You cant go wrong.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable and well appointed space!

Jonathan has thought of everything one might need, (extra sunscreen, beach gear, beach towels, boogie boards, bikes, snorkling gear) and so on. The hot tub is clean and in good repair, the grounds are immaculate, and generally the place has a great vibe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen has all the tools needed to make a good meal or to on to grill in the gorgeous and private back yard. We will be back. And Maui - wow, it's the most relaxing place to be.

Kihei Retreat

The property was beautiful and comfortable. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. A couple of things to note. The back yard is gorgeous and shared with the renters of the main house. The cottage is on the 2nd floor accessible by an outside staircase. While there is ample space for everyone, no outside guests are allowed. We had family members staying at a nearby hotel and had looked forward to barbecues in the garden. The location is excellent. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Above and beyond!

My wife and I stayed in the cottage for our honeymoon, it was perfect! The house was very tidy and clean, with everything you could need provided. Jonathan is very hospitable and a very pleasant gentleman to do business with. Even when I hurt my knee surfing he showed genuine concern and made certain that we were comfortable and taken care of much above what any other place would have done. Overall we had an amazing experience and if we come back would love to stay at the cottage again. I highly recommend Jonathan and his property to any travelers who looking for a place to stay on maui! Mahalo! The Samuels

New Year's Eve On Maui.

Jonathan Thank you for having such a great place for my girlfriend and I to ring in 2014. We couldn't believe how everything was so perfectly set up for couples looking for a romantic get away. From the over sized bath sheets,candle lit jacuzzi,dimmer switched lighting,mood music and even incense and massage oils but most of all thank you pulling strings and getting us into Capische at the last minute for their New Years Eve Feast.I can only say that we didn't expect Four Seasons quality and service at a vacation rental but you blew us away and we will be sure to point our friends towards your property as well as see you on our next trip to Maui. It was an easy choice to make when I saw the grounds in the photos. I did not read that it was upstairs, but it was still perfect. It has a laundry room that is shared with other guests, but at least it had one to use. I loved the drip coffee maker vs the new one cup ones. It seems slower, but that second cup is so much easier. We were able to cook some meals quite easily. Lots of linens and hangers and storage for clothes.it was great having access to all of the beach gear. Everything you could hope for on vacation and more

Enjoyed staying at Jon's sweet suite

Very nice and clean upstairs Ohana. Jon provided all kinds of beach gear. We had our own snorkels and fins, so we didn't take advantage of his, but we did use his Tommy Bahama beach chairs. He also provided a hot tub, gas grill and bicycles. The floor plan in the suite is nice and open with a large living area, large bedroom with king sized bed and very spacious bathroom with walk in shower as well as a very large jacuzzi tub for two. It was a nice touch to have an Alexa in the room, so we could ask her to play music for whatever mood we were in. Jon is a very gracious and kind host. He gave us lots of Maui tips and recommendations. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Great place for couples

This one BR apartment is an excellent place for couples to stay during a Maui vacation. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is walking distance from the beach. It is not a beach property, if that's what you are looking for. However, despite being in a residential area, as you walk through the gate into the property, you enter the garden oasis that Jon has created, making it feel like you're in your own private resort. The amenities are great - super grill, pizza ovens, hot tub, picnic tables; everything you need to make this a place you can enjoy the time you're not on the beach. We only ate out twice during our entire trip because of this, and really enjoyed the ease with which prep. an eat food in paradise. The ability to borrow snorkel gear, boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards and bikes was a huge plus too. We didn't utilize all of these, but not having to lug them on the plane or pay crazy rental prices was huge. Overall, just what we needed and good value.

Couples Delight - Great Hospitality

I stayed at the Honeymoon cottage over Christmas 2015. The lodgings takes up the entire second floor of a two story house with a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Plenty of room for a couple. Located about four blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area of Kihei you are approximately 20 minutes south of Lahaina and 10 minutes north of Wailea. Lodgings are very clean and well stocked for anything you might need i.e. cooking utensils, towels, iron, hairdryer, TV's (not sure why you need a TV in Maui but there anyway), mp3 player. The backyard is meticulously well maintained with seating, tables and hot tub. Beach toys were new and plenty, no need to rent at the beach. Jonathan was excellent with many suggestions and available almost anytime. I would stay here again without question. Best fish tacos - Coconut's Fish Café - always a line - BYOB Best Mai Tai - Monkeypod Kitchen Best beach - we preferred the area in front of the Hotel Andaz in Wailea but all are excellent Best shopping - Lahaina downtown

Wonderful every time

My husband and I have stayed in this unit at least seven or eight times, and at this point, we'd probably reschedule a trip to Maui before we'd stay anywhere else. We love the open, lofty flow of the unit, very much the opposite of the usual boxy condo scenario. Its built above the garage of the owner's home, with a clean, stylish design. All of the rooms open onto one-another, giving the unit a big feel, but the clever design provides enough separation between rooms that when you're in the big bedroom, which adjoins the awesome shower & jacuzzi tub, you have some privacy. Its just perfect for a couple, open enough that you're together all the time, but not so close that you're feeling underfoot or crowded. The grassy outside area at the back of the house, which is shared, is similarly situated so that you feel comfortable hanging out, cooking on the bbq, or enjoying a soak in the hot-tub. The unit, everything in the unit, the amenities inside and out, are everything you need, and all kept in good condition. You can really tell that Jon, the owner, has a long background in the vacation condo industry, because this place was built and is maintained with a professional's touch. Anyone who stays in private rentals knows you can sometimes end up feeling a bit like you're really getting the owner's discarded junk, but this place is nothing like that; everything is there and everything is right. I'd guess that a place with similar amenities at a commercial condo operation would cost double what this unit costs, and five or six times as much at one of the big hotels, and you'd have to deal with the crowding and hassles that come with staying at those big places. The unit is in a pretty residential neighborhood, in a little cul de sac. Its a regular neighborhood; feels like home, with families and kids outside playing basketball in the evening, and even an ice-cream truck that comes around some afternoons. The neighborhood is centrally situated to Kihei, a quick drive for groceries and whatever else you need, and a ten minute walk to the beach to catch the sunset and marvel at the the kite-surfers flying around in the trades. Put all of this together, and add in the fact that its in Maui, and you've just spent the day at the beach, and you're about as close to bliss as its possible to get. I won't re-state what the amenities are, except to say that they're exactly as stated in the listing. I'd give it six stars if I could! -D

Just what you need

Cute little place, clean, private backyard very nice. They had beach toys which were awesome. Good location. Bed is comfortable. Only down fall is the tv is really small. Overall highly recommend!

Great Honeymoon Rental

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was perfect for the two for us! Alexandra was polite and easy to work with over the phone and even allowed us to have an early check in. She had options on food, and activities. The place was really clean. The jacuzzi tub was massive, enough room for us to enjoy. The shower was a but small, but we made it work. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting in the backyard. The backyard is shared with the bottom rental, but we found it fun to meet new people. We did not use the Jacuzzi in the backyard due to this. The washer and dryer was great and convenient. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We were able to hit the beach or plan a day out without having to rent anything which was a huge savings. Overall this place was great for the first time in Maui.

amazing little place

LOVED this place, it was a perfect little place for my partner and I. It was close to so many great beaches, I was able to ride the bike down to the beach to watch the sunsets. It’s central to everything and the neighborhood was super nice and safe. It rained our first day so we were able to use the hot tub and having that amenity plus the big jacuzzi in the bathroom was perfect! I would 10/10 stay here again and definitely recommend.

Quiet comfortable rental

Quiet and comfortable rental in the heart of Kihei. It was nice to have chairs, boogie boards, bikes etc available for our use. The shower was challenging due to the head shooting so far to the door when washing your hair. Overall a nice accommodation for a week on Maui.

lisa thanks for the review, that's a beautiful brand new chrome shower head, i didn't realize the aim was that far off, i was more worried that the shampoo hose was so long it would be hitting the floor, i do have a better head to switch in this week or i might wait to see how our next guest feels about our pretty luxury hand held shower head. thankfully you enjoyed all of our other guest toys. it's always nice to have a jacuzzi, bikes and tons of free beach gear. aloha jonathan

Fantastic Property

I really can't say enough about what a great property this was. Jon was a great host. When we got there the lights were on and the keys were waiting. Jon was around periodically in case we needed anything. The property location was unbelievable. We were able to walk to the beach and took morning runs along the beach. It was close to major areas as well. Very easy to get coffee in the morning, which is key, and lots of places to eat within 1-3 miles and even more within a 30 minute radius. There are a lot little things that made the stay very enjoyable. A flowering bush filled the front walkway with the most delightful perfume. The apartment was open and airy with lots of windows which means we never needed to use A/C. The bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was great which you wouldn't think was a big deal unless you've stayed in an apartment before where it was bad. The backyard was awesome and the neighborhood was generally quiet. This will definitely be where we stay the next time we visit Maui. What a pleasure!

Cute and clean, fantastic location!

If you know Kihei, then you know it’s an ideal location on Maui, and this quiet one BR apartment is such a great find. About a five minute walk from the beach and fully stocked with equipment like snorkels, fins, boogie boards, bikes, etc. you won’t waste your time or money at rental shops. Jonathan is a terrific host and makes sure all your needs are met. Highly recommend!

Little Paradise

The house was pleasant. The backyard being the highlight. Great grilling/lounging/hot-tubing area with a serene surround. In a neighborhood but does not feel like it when you step into the back yard. Really enjoyed the beach chairs, coolers, and several other beach amenities. The house could have used a deep clean but overall, the property gave us all we needed to enjoy our short stay in Kihei.

Thanks for the review. There was a guest the week before your stay who some how smashed the ceramic tile soap tray on the shower wall, it was duct taped while you were in house but only until we had a two day gap between guests to have it removed and enough time for the grout to dry..Sorry but some things in hosting are simply out of our control. Come back next year and let us make it up to you, you'll love the new espresso maker !. Mahalo Jonathan

Great place and hospitality

This property was great for a couple, and we were pleasantly surprised by the subtle details. For instance, I had the misfortune of stepping on a sea urchin on the beach, but discovered a first aid kit already at the rental. The pizza oven was a great addition, which my wife and I enjoyed. The only downside was the beach within walking distance wasnt great for swimming (see stepping on sea urchin above), but it made for a beautiful sunset. For swimming, make the short drive down to big beach. The location was great. It was close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, beach, etc. We would definitely stay there again.
