The property sight is absolutely beautiful. I was lucky enough to visit on my honeymoon and what a delight! The property management is so kind, with great communication and always willing to help. The location itself feels like its own private getaway, while still being conveniently located near lovely beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. If you’re lucky enough you might get to meet their cute cats during your stay (what a treat!). I can safely say this was our favorite trip by far and we will be coming back!

Villa Paola was immaculate, as described, Marcello was fabulous to work with and communicate with. The pool was amazing and totally private. No noise from the neighborhood and so lovely to stay there. AC was great as were the outdoor showers. Bed was very comfy. Close to loads of things on the Kihei/Wailea coast. What a delight to stay here!! Our only complaint is that we had to leave at the end of our reservation! I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Marcello, Alessio, and Valentino!!

We love staying here and will always stay here as long as we come to Maui. The twins are great. They always make sure you have what you need to have a good time. The swimming pool is awesome. It’s very quiet. It’s very private and we love it. If you’re going to Maui, this is the place you want to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The home is decorated beautifully with the owner's own amazing artwork. Everything we needed (and more!) was available to us, from beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear, outdoor shower, many books to read, and a gorgeous pool! The owner who checked us in was very helpful, giving us recommendations on good local beaches to check out and restaurants too! The home is very private, with lots of beautiful potted palms and trees. It was perfect for our 25th anniversary trip to Maui.

10/10 — An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Paola! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we truly had no issues whatsoever.The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay—from the coffee and thoughtful amenities to the beautiful pool. The hosts, The Twins, were incredibly easy to communicate with, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. They even graciously allowed us to stay a little past check-out since we had a very late flight, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our experience even better.We felt completely private throughout our entire stay. It genuinely felt like we had the place all to ourselves, giving us the perfect balance of privacy and peace while still having wonderful hosts nearby if we needed anything.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Paola to anyone visiting Maui. 10 out of 10 stars—an amazing place, fantastic hosts, and an incredible value!

My husband and I give this property the absolute highest recommendation possible. Ideal location, very private pool and patio, artistically appointed and handsomely landscaped, a well-outfitted kitchen, and excellent communication with the kind, gracious hosts make this a magical hideaway. Our stay was a serene 6 days and we wished we could stay longer. Bravo Marcello and Alessio!We definitely will return.

A very nice and quiet stay away from crowds and noise. But only a 4 min drive to the beach. Having the pool all to ourselves was a a big plus! The place is well stocked and felt like a home. The host was very helpful and had lots of information which was very helpful, especially since it was our first time in Hawaii. 10/10 would recommend!!!

In the last 10 years, I have travelled to 20 countries, and stayed at about 50 VRBO or home rental properties. Marcello, the host for “Luxury Cottage w/ Private Pool”, is simply the best host I have ever seen. In almost every way, he went above and beyond. From complimentary treats like coffee beans straight from Italy, to lightening fast communication, to spot on recommendations for restaurants, activities, and more. Marcello is one of the most generous people I’ve had the pleasure to meet, and I cannot recommend his rental oasis enough. The custom decoration of the home make it next level wonderful. The location in Maui is unmatched - close to everything, only minutes drive from the best beaches, snorkeling, and top dining options. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Hawaii. Most highly recommend!!

Talk about a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we met "The Twins" for a quick tour of the cottage we would call home for the next eight days. We loved it all from the art, to the pool, to the comfortable furnishings, to the beautiful bathroom and the outdoor bar.The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was exceptionally clean.Quick easy access to Kihei for beach access, shopping and restaurants.We loved the total privacy of the grounds and pool area. We loved it so much, we are booking again for spring!
