The location is incredibly convenient because of the proximity to the highways, 5-10 minutes to beaches, Zoo, North Park, Balboa Park, and more. A few highlights about the walkable neighborhood:

Titus Retreat is one minute walk to Robin’s Egg nature trail, which will take you on a 10 minute medium-difficulty hike along a mansion-studded canyon up to Mission Hills and Hillcrest neighborhoods. Historic Pioneer Park is at the top of the trail. Mission Hills is known for its timeless beauty and historic homes. Hillcrest is famous for its vibrant nightlife, vintage shopping, and community feel.

10 minute walk or one stop on the trolley to San Diego’s famous “Old Town” to learn the rich history of our beautiful city. Here you’ll find iconic tourist attractions, museums, artisan street fairs, shopping and restaurants (and, of course, Margaritas and Mexican food!)
