Belle maison mignonne, située au centre, récemment rénovée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec une grande cour arrière, barbecue disponible, accès direct au parc, à 5 minutes du centre-ville de San Diego, à 10 minutes des plages, SeaWorld, Zoo.

Chambre principale avec lit king size et salle de bain principale privée avec grande douche italienne. L'autre chambre a un lit queen et une salle de bain séparée avec douche baignoire. Beau salon avec lit de soda (pleine grandeur) et un canapé, avec coin repas, grande télévision à écran plat. Grand coin cuisine avec îlot de cuisine et tous les appareils micro, four, réfrigérateur, mixeur, plaque de cuisson gaz ...
Environnement domestique très confortable, calme. Plancher de bois franc avec salle familiale confortable.

TV, internet, climatisation, chauffage, laveuse et sécheuse, parking privé sur le chemin

Le terrain a 2 studios indépendants avec locataires dans la cour arrière. Les deux sont très discrets et réservés. Aucune interaction avec la maison. Entrée et cour privées et séparées.

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was clean and a perfect home base to explore San Diego. About 15 minutes or so from the airport. Had everything we needed. Communicate with owner was quick and she left info on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and clean getaway

Nice home away from home with the in-laws. Great open space from kitchen to living room. There are 2 big bins of toys which we didn't discover until the day we left because it was in the closet of the room my inlaws were staying in. Love the fact that there is an entryway to the park right behind the house. Has the usual amenities shampoo/conditioner/body wash , kitchens staples. The only con for me and this is just because I have a 5yo Coffee table, and dining table are made of thick glass and there were a couple of glass floor vases in the room and living room that made me anxious because my 5yo is unpredictable so I was always watching him to make sure he wasn't leaning on the glass or running close to the vases. Other than that, nice space and good location.

We loved our stay at this house! It was extremely clean, exactly as described, and a great location. *neighborhood park behind the house did have some broken glass, just something to be cautious about

Good place to stay

It's a nice little house in a quiet older (post wwii) neighborhood. Centrally located with easy access to all the freeways. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was great, as was the laundry. I never did completely figure out the thermostat, but it was warm enough for the winter week we stayed. The TV is huge.It's my 2nd favorite VRBO in SD, but a lot less expensive than my #1. My wife and I both would happily stay here again.

Contemporary Mecca

If you like cities, this is Mecca. Situated in LindaVista it is in the center of the city: about 8 minutes from the intersection of zHighways 163 and 8.We were minutes from Balboa Park and its museums and USD, a medium sized Catholic College on the bluffs overlooking the city and the ocean.The kitchen was spacious and well appointed with large windows looking out to a residential street. Tha bedrooms afford privacy and comfort.Altogether an urban delight.

We had constant problems with the entry code. One time the local property manager had to come to the location to get us in. In addition, there was some exterior painting being done, while we we were out for the day. When we returned we got paint on ourselves as the railings were still wet and no Wet Paint sign was put up to let us know.

Stay in SD

The house worked well for us as a home base while we attended a conference in town. Check in was easy and it was clean! The queen size bed was not very comfortable and it would have been nice to have some extra throw blankets for the living room. (We visited in November and it gets chilly at night!)

Perfect Central Location

I'm a San Diego native who was visiting for the first time in 10 years and this was the perfect homebase for the week. The house was cute, the neighborhood is quiet, and the park access was lovely. The only very minor issue is that some of the wiring is a little wonky and the tv signal stops working if you turn on the light switches in the master bedroom and living room. Not a big deal since we didn't spend much time watching TV!

Awesome location and extremely family friendly!

The description of the place was spot on! Location was perfect for what we needed. Less than 15 mins to Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Approx 40 minutes to LEGO Land. The house had everything we needed plus more.. communication with the oweners was fast and prompt. Perfect for a family with 4 adults and 2 kids. Would highly consider staying agian for a future trip to San Diego. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful house and location

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful. We were able to walk down to the playground area behind the house, but wish the path there had been a little more cleared out. Otherwise, everything was fabulous and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Cute convenient home

Check in and out process was easy. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The owners listed a few suggestions for things to do and places to eat which was helpful. Very detailed instructions which was nice. My only complaint would be the tv. Netflix was worked the first day; however, when we went to watch it the next day it was logged out and we couldn't get a hold of the owners as they were out of town. No big deal as we were very busy and hardly at the house anyways.

Great Location

The house is very comfortable--looks just like the photos. Even though it's very close to everything, it's in a very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely return if we have another trip to San Diego!

Everything was great

Upon entering home, instructions were provided for everything which made everything simple. Communication was great with owner. If I ever come back to SD, I’ll happily reserve this place again!

My husband and I bought this house January 2014: Our first home! We remodeled the all house with some modern and contemporary flavors. We lived inside for 3 years and planned to be here for a long time; then. I had my daughter. After 2 years, the house was starting to be too small for our growing family. We recently moved out to a 3 bedrooms house.
I've been living in the US for 10 years now, I am from France and my husband is original from Ecuador. We love traveling, discovering new places and meeting new people. Traveling with a family makes us realize VRBO was very convenient and very practical for families.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property because it was a perfect location for us. Very central, next to the freeway (the 8 and the 163 intersection), 10 mins from my work (in downtown) and 15 mins from the beaches (by my husband's work). Also, next to the Best Mall of San Diego, Fashion Valley with all shopping, theatre and restaurants.
