Sleeps up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 1 full top bunk bed. Enjoy cozy living areas, a modern kitchen, bar, and an AV system with a turntable and quality indoor and outdoor speakers. Large fenced backyard with hot tub, fire pit, grill and lots of seating. Only 15 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry, 6 minutes to Percy Priest Lake and 5 minutes to BNA.

Discover the beauty of Nashville downtown and nature areas and stay in a comfortably furnished home for you to relax and entertain. Everything is new! Do you like to cook? Host a nice dinner? Amazing property for this price. Very clean, all amenities were exactly as described and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone traveling into area that wants to stay just outside of the city. This location made it very easy to get in the city and around to other local spots.

Very nice property in older established quiet neighborhood. Excellent location near airport, Grand Ole Opry, downtown Broadway area and numerous good restaurants. Highly recommend SweetMilk for brunch, Edley’s for barbeque ribs & baked beans, Darfon’s for dinner. Many nice amenities: appliances, nicely stocked kitchen with spices, utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc.Although we never used any due to the upper 90’s temperature while in Nashville, this property has a nice back yard with hot tub, firepit, snd seating areas. Host (Richard) is very attentive to questions and issues that may arise. Would definitely return if in Nashville again.

Beautiful house, great location, super host! This is one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed in. The host was a great communicator and flexible with our check-in. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville and 10 minutes to the airport which was convenient for my group. If you book the Carriage House, you will not be disappointed.

This house is absolutely amazing! Much better than the pictures reflect. Spacious, well appointed with everything you may need, and comfortable beds! Richard was very responsive before and during our stay. We didn’t use the hot tub but it’s very private and was cleaned at the start of our stay.

We were truly impressed—the house was stocked with more amenities than we could ever need, making our trip completely seamless.Richard was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We were all so pleased with our stay for my 40th birthday. The place was just as described and had many great details like toiletries, fluffy towels, cool wallpaper and art, and cozy blankets. We appreciated all of the easy to follow instructions and the hot tub! Beds were all comfortable. It’s also so close to the airport. It takes at least 20 minutes to get downtown or any of the popular sites and traffic can be bad, but still convenient and worth it for the quality of accommodations!

Well thought out and everything you could need for a perfect visit to Nashville. Place is clean and conveniently located to airport and music spots in Nashville. Also, very good restaurants less than a mile away! Host is responsive and pleasant. Lots of great surprises like bidets, new appliances (art fryer, toaster and whiskey ball ice). Carriage house doesn’t feel disconnected as it is accessible from inside and very well stocked with anything you need in addition to main house (very private). Will be returning.

Perfect house for us!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of six. We could spread out and have our own space, but also come together and enjoy time as a family. The house was super clean, stocked with all the necessities we could need, and had lots of clean towels for everyone during our stay. Richard was an amazing host and we cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in this home. The house in person is even more lovely than the photos show. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. The house is definitely a 10 out of 10 and we would stay again next time we are in Nashville.

Incredible property. Rent with confidence. Everything is clean, and there is a feeling of luxury along with the laid-back vibe. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to the airport and very easy drives to the Opry, downtown Nashville, and a 45 minute drive to Stones River Battlefield. You can hear planes overhead, but insulation is excellent and we barely noticed inside the house. Excellent communication with our host, Richard and super-easy checkout. And an excellent record collection, too!

What a wonderful property! It feels like your dear friend, the expert host, has just stepped out and asked you to watch over the place while they're away. Everything we could need and want was there. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed listening to music on the record player. We snuggled up with all of fuzzy blankets and soft pillows and gazed into the electric fireplace. The electric kettle was awesome for tea and hot cocoa before bed. The table can expand to seat 8! Plenty of space for meals and board games. We really enjoyed the chess set on its dedicated table.My son and his wife enjoyed the privacy of the attached studio apt.We would love to come back the next time we're in Nashville.

The Carriage House is a wonderful option for a stay in Nashville. We came with our two teenagers and it was perfect for the four of us, with room for plenty more. The teenagers loved the music selection and the hot tub and the parents loved the vibe of the place as well as the hot tub. It was clean and cozy and within driving distance of plenty off food options and downtown Nashville. We were in town because of obligations at Herzing University and were within a 3 minute drive of the campus. (If traveling to Nashville for Herzing Intensives I highly recommend the Carriage House!) Richard was attentive and kind and even though he's a Cubs fan (Huge Brewers fans in this house) he was a wonderful host and thought of everything people would need for a fun stay in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nashville!
