Ce 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain était juste complètement rénové de haut en bas. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 et a une belle dehors de la zone de rassemblement et un bain à remous. Rien à Nashville est plus à une courte distance en voiture. La chambre principale a un lit queen. Chambre n ° 2 a une reine aussi. Chambre # 3 a 2 lits superposés de taille adulte de sorte que la chambre 4 couchages. La maison dispose également d'une télévision Direc, WiFi, et une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils neufs et Keurig. Laveuse et sécheuse sont sur la propriété ainsi. La maison est pris en compte pour les grands groupes, les familles et les parties bachelor / de ette. Nous aimerions accueillir votre groupe!

Fantastic home!

Awesome place with lots of areas to hang out. Coffee and all items needed supplied. Great location with a short Uber to downtown and everything you need nearby. Found a pub (Shipwreck Cove) on the water nearby that was awesome! Definitely would stay again. Property managers responsive and easy to get ahold of.

Great Find!

Enjoyed our girls trip to Nashville, staying just outside the city. Quiet neighborhood , easy drive into the city. House was clean, tons of space inside and out, cozy spot! Would highly recommend and will be back.

Great long weekend in Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Misty Court. Everyone thought the property had plenty of room and was conveniently located near downtown Nashville, the airport, and a grocery store. We would definitely stay again!

This was a really easy place to find. Close to grocery and gas station. Only 20 mins from Broadway and cheap if you elect to take a ride.

Spring Break Nashville

Host as excellent with communication and follow up! Place fit out family for the short stay and easy to get to all places from the location. Quiet neighborhood and close to interstate access and nearby stores and restaurants.

House near the lake

This was a clean property in a wooded area. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms nice, overall well stocked kitchen. Close to the lake as advertised. Was plenty of space for a family to stay. We had expected company, but because of plans changing, it ended up being only my husband and myself. The neighborhood seemed to be in a transition period.

Great home-base location

We took a road trip to Nashville in our RV with family and dogs and needed somewhere to park the RV and let the dogs run around. The house sufficiently served our needs. All of the amenities worked well. The enclosed porch was a great entertainment space. Short drive to Nashville and a super home-base for visiting other neighboring cities like Louisville, KY- which we also highly recommend.

Wonderful location and beautiful home

We were visiting from Chicago for a girl’s trip. There were 5 of us and the house was perfect for our group. Definitely could have had 2 more guests if needed. It was clean, comfortable, great location near grocery store and about 10-15 minutes from downtown area. No problems getting an Uber ride every day to and from the city. The interior was lovely, decorated so nice. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook and grill out. The outdoor hot tub area was a nice touch too. We would definitely stay again.

Great Value, Quiet Neighborhood, Attention to detail missed.

Very nice, Small home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to everything we wanted to see. Hot tub was filthy upon arrival, we ended up draining and cleaning it before it was usable. Minor exterior safety issues if traveling with small children. Fire pit area was left distraught (i assume by previous guest) Overall, would stay again.

Girls trip

We stayed at this property to escape the busyness of Nashville and we were not disappointed. The house is as described and was clean. The property owners were very good at communicating and assisted us when our flight was delayed. The only negative I have to say is about the area 20 minute walk from the home. I would not suggest walking or jogging alone. I was approached by several men while walking alone with was very uncomfortable. Walk in groups and stay safe.

Nice House with serious noise control.

The house is exactly as advertised in the listing. Very clean, nice neighborhood, close to the interstate for surrounding cities. The listing states that there is a 10pm noise ordinance and it is firm. I do believe there is a neighbor that sits and waits for 10pm and then contacts the owner to complain. We literally had the teenagers out of the hot tub at 9:55 due to the 10pm quiet time and still received a call and email due to us not answering the phone. It is hard not to talk too loud after 10pm if you are outside enjoying the porch and hot tub. The correspondence with the owner was easily navigated about the issue. We only had one loud episode outside shortly after 10pm due to the teenagers trying to scare the parents who were in the hot tub. All in all a nice place but serious over the noise.

Please Read Before Booking!!

We were so excited to get a group of couples together for NYE weekend we hadn’t seen all year. We wanted to be responsible and safe by staying outside of Nashville a bit at a VRBO. The accommodations were great, especially the outside features (pong table with pong balls provided, fire pit, and hot tub). Be aware! Not only is there apparently a noise monitoring system that is triggered after 10pm, neighbors called and complained to management at 8:30pm both on Friday (New Years Day) and Saturday because we were talking too loudly outside. Again, at 8:30pm, on a holiday weekend, in a space that encourages you to be outdoors, which is what we were most excited for to be safer with Covid and avoid the bars. The texts and calls I received from management definitely put a damper on our experience. I would’ve easily given this place and company 5 stars otherwise. I’m posting this not to complain, but to make sure potential future guest are aware of the situation so they know they’ll have to be cautious with their voice level while on vacation.

Cleanliness was questionable

The yard was covered in fallen limbs which was understandable from the storm. The guest bathroom has mold around the bathtub. And the flooring had some minor damage. Aside from the bathtub it was cute location in a quiet neighborhood I just think the property management should make some updates to this location.
