Whether you're exploring the vibrant Queen Anne neighborhood, discovering the bustling South Lake Union district, or visiting Seattleâs top attractions,it's perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, ample amenities, and convenient street parking, making it your ideal Seattle base.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome approximately 1159 sqft. It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry.

âą Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with full beds, bathroom. Heating only

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
**House Rules**
âą This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
