This is a west-facing 3bed/2bath 3-story house with no shared walls and features a fully loaded kitchen, dining room, top floor en-suite, 2 king/1 queen beds+futon, office space, private fenced patio, laundry, heating/AC throughout, home gym, and garage parking. Walking distance to all the unique shops, restaurants, breweries, and nightlife that make this neighborhood a top destination for visitors and locals alike, plus close access to transit, parks, and bike paths.
