Welcome to Peaks and Seas! 4 miles from Bear Mtn. This newly remodeled home with a jacuzzi is centrally located, minutes away from Big Bear Lake, Bear Mountain, The Village, Oktoberfest, San Bernardino National forest, and many other of Big Bear’s sought after attractions. It’s perfect for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, walking, mountain biking, sledding and exploring restaurants and shops in The Village. Family friendly activities are nearby including The Speedway & the Bowling Barn.

The space
The home has plenty of outdoor space featuring a jacuzzi, fire pit, corn hole, and outdoor picnic table, as well as cozy interior to unwind after an active day. You'll enjoy warming up to the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub.

KITCHEN: Enjoy cooking in our newly renovated kitchen. We provide all the essentials to cook a lovely meal during your stay. It’s equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, and other items for your cooking needs. There is also a NINJA electric BBQ to use at your leisure. For coffee drinkers, we offer Keurig pods for your enjoyment. Basic spices and olive oil also included.

BEDROOM: Enjoy relaxing in our Queen sized bed, comfortable mattress, and a generous closet with hangers for your clothes. There’s also a smart ROKU TV where you can access your own accounts across various streaming services. The room offers a wall heating unit for your use, as well as extra blankets to keep things cozy.

Living room: Lean back, put your feet up on the reclining couch, and watch a movie on the ROKU TV, where you can comfortably access your own accounts across streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, and HBO Max.

The space features a sitting bar where you can enjoy a meal and beverage of choice, or set up your laptop converting the space to a work station.

Full Bathroom: the bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower and plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, and hair dryer. Nothing beats a hot shower after a cold day out on the mountain.

Outdoor space: Flip on the string lights, turn on the jets, and unwind the evening in our spacious hot tub. If sitting around a fire is more your speed, turn up the fire pit, sit back in the lounge chairs, and make homemade s’mores.

We provide a NINJA electric BBQ to cook up your favorite meals as you relax around our outdoor picnic table.

Take advantage of our all-weather corn hole set in the backyard.

DOG FRIENDLY! Our backyard is fully fenced! We charge a small pet cleaning fee of $25. Please pick up all pet waste; we provide baggies in the lower cabinet to the left of the bar cart.
- We LOVE dogs, but please be respectful of our home. Bringing your pet means you’re responsible for any damage caused to the furnishings, rugs, bedding, doors, etc.
- It’s also the guest’s responsibility to control excessive barking, and not leave the pet longer than is appropriate.
Guest access
Our Guests have full access to the entire home and its amenities, with the exception of the outdoor shed and janitorial cabinet in the kitchen
Other things to note
- The driveway fits two cars if needed, and offers one electric vehicle charging outlet. The outlet box is to the right of the front porch with an EV sticker on the front. There is no street parking available.
- There is a Ring camera in the front, which we primarily use to monitor the cleaning and maintenance team’s arrival and departure.
- Chains are required during the winter and a 4x4 or equivalent vehicle is recommended.
- Guests staying during snowfall should be prepared to navigate snow around the home if needed. There is a snow shovel at the home available for your use. If there is severe snowfall, we will have the driveway plowed.
- Occasionally, Big Bear City and the surrounding areas experience power outages. Big Bear tries to restore power as quickly as possible.
- The home has a heating unit and does not have central AC, however it does have a portable AC window unit for use. During the summer months, a standing oscillating fan is also provided in addition to the ceiling fans to help cool the home.
